It's the second time I shop here and I still had a great experience! Very fast and efficient, with items arriving two weeks later. I love the clothes designs, I will only buy here since I found the company.
When I ordered items from NoraCora online, I followed their suggested sizing. Everything took over 3 weeks to arrive and all the clothes were of very poor quality and terribly mis-sized. The smalls were huge... the mediums were tiny. Then began the nightmare of trying to get them to send me information on how to return the items. And you have to send them back to China and pay custom costs as well. Ridiculous!
I ordered a few items - took over a month to arrive and really cheap material and badly tailored. Their models must be super tall and - the top I ordered came to below my knees. To return it I will have to pay shipping to China and possible custom fees. They offer a 15% credit - big whoop. Bet they put any of the positive reviews here.

I ordered 12 items(about 200.00) on 5/9/2020 said it was shipped on 5/29/2020 and yes I understand that it was during Covid-19 which getting 4 items the week of 7/9/2020 is somewhat understandable. Even though a lot of other reviews prior to Covid stated similar issues. I am only going to review the items so far on the quality! I totally believe as one reviewer stated that this company copies clothing from real legit stores and seemingly has a sweat shop a cheap production of the items. Their version that they send you is so cheaply made that one of the items the zipper wouldn't even unzip. The sizing is a joke. Also after placing my order one of my items on the shipment notice says out of stock but I have not gotten credit back for it. I will NEVER buy anything from NoraCora or any online company similar to this company ever again. I have bought many items online before and still will do but I will however be very careful and only deal with companies that are reputable.

Don't order from this company - I ordered a shirt three months ago and it has still not arrived. I keep emailing them to say that I want my money refunded but they keep insisting that it is on its way! They have the most dreadful customer service and never really reply to my messages - I just get a standard response with the tracker that show's its going nowhere.

I'm not sure if they hire folks to write good reviews cause what they are really doing is selling crappy clothes! First, I waited 2 1/2 months to get the blouse I ordered, then when I got it, it was nothing like the picture. The neckline was totally different and it looked like it was sewn by a child! I have reported them as a fraudulent company.

Research this site - It is a scam. $15 to ship and I never got the items. You can't speak to a person, and a robo email response will just tell you to be patient. Stay away, and don't believe any 5 star ratings.

Clothes took almost 4 months to arrive! The quality was very cheap, much smaller than measured, and no seam to let out. They offered me 15% to alter clothes since I would have to pay for return shipment and it would be expensive for me to pay cost of return and take a long time for refund

I ordered items in June and finally received in July. When I reviewed everything was way to large and so the sizing on their site is not true to size. I requested an RMA to return the products and sent a screen shot of the packing list showing items received. I received an email back asking for the items so clearly the person who read the email couldn't read. This company is a scam and the reviewed are also scams because the products are not of high quality as they present on their website. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I placed my order in the first week in June, the site advises it takes 7-10 business day for receipt of items. Well it has been over 6 weeks.
I received one pair of shorts. I wrote to customer service and was told I could track the merchandise, so what does customer service do? The tracking method indicates all items were shipped but only one item received ( the shorts I mentioned.
The company continues to email new offers, I cannot in good conscience order another thing until my first order arrives. Honestly I have lost confidence in this company. By the time I recieve the Noracora shipment Summer will be over. So far I have sent many email messages getting vague responses, or no response. The company should revisit their mission statement, revamp service standards and try to remember customers are not disposable.
PS. Since Covid 19 restrictions I have ordered many items from other vendors, absolutely no problems with delivery in a reasonable time frame. Next step is notifying host site, credit card company, better business Bureau, ECT.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
