Bad, Bad, Bad

This is a company out of China. It takes about six weeks or more to receive an$ of course they have charged you for this. The clothes are very cheap, mostly made of polyester or a very stiff cheap cotton. They are made for Asian bodies. I could not fit into anything around the bust. Tried to send everything back and was told that it would take a long time and be so expensive to return, however they would give me 15% back. There is no justice for this because they are in another country. DO NO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

BUYER BEWARE!

HORRIBLE place to shop! I placed AND PAID FOR an order on April 29th Today is July 10th and I'm still waiting on my items to arrive. My order consisted of about 12 items. I did happen to receive 1 shirt 2 weeks ago and it is of VERY POOR quality. I'm assuming IF I EVER receive the rest of my order it will be of the same quality! My best advice to anyone reading this... DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Worst company ever
August 9, 2020

I ordered 4 items in early June, placed 2 separate orders, and after "multiple email inquiries" I have never received a response nor have I received my orders and today is July 10th. So I wouldn't know anything about the quality of their clothes because I never received anything. It makes me wonder if this company is even in existence.

They took my money on 4/27/2020. It's now 7/9/2020 and have not received my product. I've requested information 3 times and I receive the same auto email with tracking information that doesn't work. I requested my money back, and was told they would not refund because I haven't received my product to return. I asked, "what happens if I never receive my product?" and have not received an answer. DON'T BUY FROM NORACORA!

I was so impressed

I was so impressed with the service! Honestly surprising to have a handwritten note on my order - this is how online shopping should be! Customer service isn't used very well these days! I was so happy when I opened my package to find a beautiful dress, like the one I saw on the page. It is the little things that count. I also LOVE the scarves I bought here!

This is my quintessential online clothing shopping store. They have great pieces and they always have bigger sizes in stock, like size 14. It's not often that you find many online stores with those sizes in nice pieces! Even returns were handled so quickly and efficiently. Thank you for my wonderful winter wardrobe. Very easy to buy, satisfied with the variety of payment options on the site. Shipping was super fast and efficient, and when I received my order there was a handwritten note of thanks! The first time I went shopping on this website I wasn't sure about the size. I was pleasantly surprised that live chat was exactly that "live". A customer service girl helped me select the right size for me in an instant and answered all my questions in real time. She was perfect and I loved the top so much that I had to buy it in another color the following week. Great experience, a lot of variety and a magnificent selection. I will definitely be back!

I ordered 3items from this company in April. Luckily I used PayPal. By mid-May I was checking to see what happened to my stuff. Of course with Covid I was giving them a little leeway. I emailed them and no response. Tried again a week later and they said only one item was on its way. I then got PayPal involved. By June my 1 item arrived. It was good. They never responded to PayPal. By July 1 more item arrived. It was a dress and had 4 holes in it! Very poorly made! I wanted to so badly send it back but honestly it wasn't worth the time. PayPal is still working on the dispute at this time.

Terrible! I placed my order on May 28th and today us July 9th and I have not received it yet. When I try to track it it says there is no status. I get no answers from the Noracora people. I think these clothes come out of China so I will never order from them again. No one seems to care that I spent $128.00 and have nothing to show for it. So please do not order from this terrible company with terrible customer service.

The clothing I order took more than 6wks to arrive. I was so excited to get them so I tried them on immediately... What a disappointment. The clothes were NOT EVEN CLOSE to what was pictured. Like some chop shop tried to replicate a cheap version of the items. To make matters worse, one of the items I paid for was missing from the shipment.
When I initiated a return, here is the robotic customer service response:

Sorry that you are not satisfied with the item(s).

Please note that customers must respond to every email within 7 days. If not, we will close this case after the aforementioned deadline.

Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China.
According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center received and inspected the return package.

Since International returns might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth.

If you still want to return the package, you should email us for a return label within 7 days, the aforementioned deadline.

I made a multiple item purchases for gifts to my fiends and family. They only sent a small portion of the order and it was all the wrong sizes.
6 months later and they still haven't fulfilled my order. They ultimately stole $140.00 funny thing is I used my PayPal account to make payment believing it was safer I opened a case against noracora and PayPal sided with them. PayPal sucks too. Don't send them a dime, they are thieves.

Terrible clothes

The stitching is poor. Loose threads all over. The sizes are smaller than advertised. Just all around inferior clothes. Buying from the thrift store would have been better. The material is poor quality. I bought over $100 worth and am sending it all back. Their XXL is more like an Xl to L.

The website is easy

The website is easy to navigate. Always satisfied with the available range. I have a cupboard full of dresses from Jean Jail and it is always the first website I visit when purchasing for an event. Shipping is always quick.
