Noracora has to be the worst company I have ever encountered when shopping on line. My order took 3 months to arrive. I sent multiple emails to this company asking on status update & I was told "to be patient." I have emailed several times to ask how to return the items & have yet to get an answer. Be warned... I will never recommend them or shop here again

I have only made and trust to buy clothes online from this boutique. The purchase process has always been perfect. There is a lot of variety and with new things being added every day, there is always a lot to see!

I chose 1 star because I could not ZERO stars! What a joke- I purchased in early May 2020 and came in first week of July- I should have looked at the reviews first-- I purchased 2 pairs of shoes and 5 dresses.$200.00 in clothes that are HORRIBLE! The material is a horrible-pictures are so fake. One dress was to be yellow and came in as orange-the dress is like a clowns dress that I will be donating to my local church mouse. Completely deceiving photos! Everything is POOR quality. And the sewing-DONT GET ME STARTED! A first grader can sew better than them! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I bought a pair of dresses, but unfortunately changed my mind about the style and color I wanted (the dresses themselves were a beautiful fabric and of incredible quality). She was happy to offer me a store credit on her return. When they received the dresses, they initially only gave me half the credit I owed, so I e-mailed them, and literally within the hour, that they had corrected the amount on my account. I really appreciate this page!
I bought the dress in white linen in size 12 and it looks like a dream! My order arrived very quickly and I find it incredible! It was supposed to be used for a christening, but it was canceled due to the pandemic, so I will use it for a special date!
This company is a complete scam. I ordered a month ago and cannot get anyone to respond to me by way of email. No phone number listed. I have not received any items and according to tracking, they've been bouncing around CA for a month. Except one item is in customs. Just one of the 20 items I ordered. Laughable! I contacted my bank for a reversal. I will not give my money to a false company in CHINA. Boooooo! Negative 10 stars.

I ordered 3 dresses from NoraCora the delivery on website said 3-5 days took a month and half! When I finally got them they were sizes were sized completely incorrect, material was cheap and look nothing like they did on the website. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Everything I have ordered here is amazing! The clothes true to size, of great quality, I can not complain about anything I have asked for. They have clothes for every occasion at a great price, making it extremely affordable.
The 4 & 5 star reviews are written by them - BOGUS! They love to use the word "boutique". The clothing is beyond CRAP. They make their blouses all the way up to XL using the same sleeve size as XSmall. Cheap crap. BUT IT GETS BETTER. TOTAL SCAM! YOU CANNOT EVER RETURN THE ITEMS. First they will try and drag out giving you a return authorization to make you go over the 15 day return policy (oh by the way - it takes 2 months to receive your order). Then they will offer anywhere from 15 - 25% refund in lieu of an exchange. They'll tell you basically that it takes forever to get the items through customs. Then, HERE'S THE KICKER - they refuse the package that you just paid to send to China. So, you paid a ton of shipping to try and return it and you NEVER GET A REFUND. They responded to my request for a return authorization 5 times. Each time they asked for the same information (i. E. item number, description, reason for return) - each time I responded. They totally SUCK. Communist a-holes!

The clothing was the cheapest thin Cotten ever. Return is impossible, the shipping back to China makes it not worth.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
