I ordered various items from this company totaling$174. I received 4 items out of 11. They never shipped the whole order. When i emailed them telling them i was still waiting for the rest of my items, they told me the whole order was shipped, but still asking me if i received it. I asked for a refund or for them to send the items again but they refused. They did not offer an apology or a solution, only that according to their tracking the order shipped in full. The clothing is garbage. It looks cute on the website, but isn't what is pictured. They advertised "linen" on a dress and it's cheap polyester. They don't ship on time and are non-responsive to queries on the status. I finally received my package after 6 weeks, opened it and saw the poor quality, and immediately requested a refund authorization per their instructions. I was supposed to receive the authorization in 48 hours. No response. I sent it again; still no response. I'm having to file a dispute with Paypal now.

I don't even know where to start. I placed an order with this company on October 4 2019. The first item arrived damaged on 10/21/19, and I was unable to view my order through any of the links provided. I never received an itemized receipt. Another two items did not arrive as pictured. Through multiple emails, they never offered any resolution to the items that did not match the picture of what I purchased; the items that arrived damaged, I had to pay for the return shipping to China, was given specific instructions for how to send it. I followed every instruction exactly. I even took pictures of the package (and all mailing labels) prior to return, and emailed them to customer service. I was advised that I would receive a refund once they got the package back. Using The Specific Instructions they gave me, the shipment method did not allow for tracking. Since I had received no communication as of the beginning of June, after having sent out the return at the beginning of December, I followed up with the company, and they advised me that they had still not received my returned item. Just this afternoon, I received a package that was the item I returned, returned back to me, with a label on the outside saying Overdue return. The amount of time and energy that I have had to put into resolving issues with one order is beyond ridiculous. And to top it all off, the issues were not resolved. Even after I threatened to report them to my credit card company as having conducted a fraudulent transaction, they still did not address my concerns.

I ordered 3 items on 5/26/20 and as of today 7/16/20 I have not received anything. I have reached out to the company to request an update and later to request a refund and still I am getting no where. They have bogus tracking numbers and no live customer service department. This is ridiculous. Don't waste your time and money with them.

I find it very hard to believe this company does not have a consistent 1 STAR rating! If it were possible they should have ZERO STARS. They are the worst of the worst. I received 1/2 of my order THREE MONTHS LATER. The rest never showed up. Of course after all of this time you have already paid the bill on your credit card, so you cannot register a complaint. I contacted them several time, that was a waste of time. The worst part is what you do receive looks nothing like the illustration. The people rating them 4 stars must work there. Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
