I did all my clothing shopping using this online clothing page for iPhone and found it very easy to use. The checkout process was pleasant and easy and the delivery times were mostly reasonable, the designs and sizes were as expected, especially my long pink dress, it is beautiful!

This company takes your money at time of order then does NOT ship. I ordered on 6/8/2020 and today is 7/17/2020. They have responded to my two emails asking for status and the tracking info I received was so convoluted, it was NOT USPS tracking as it claims. There are consumer websites now available that claim this company is a SCAM and NOT to do business with them. High likelihood your personal information may be compromised. I am reporting them to my credit card company for fraud. What a shame.

I purchased items May 25 2020 after following up numerous times the garments arrived July 6 - very poor quality ( rather than insult I stated the clothes didn't fit) I immediately emailed and requested to return all the garments. I received an email July 8 advising that I would be responsible to pay to return the items to China or I could accept 15% of my initial fee ($160.75) I elected to return the garments to which I was advised that I must receive a return label from them in order to mail the garments. I'd rather get my money back than except 15%' everyone works hard for there money this in my opinion is daylight robbery! - after numerous emails they still have not responded to my requests. There policy also states they keep the case open for 14 days... so I guess I'm stuck with very poor quality sub- standard clothing - Stay Away from Noracora online shopping - you will be throwing your money away! I cannot in all truthfulness provide a rating for this company - less than Zero!

I bought my skirt online and it was a very easy buying process. All items of different sales are paid together. My item was delivered within the time they gave me, I received a notification the day before and the day of delivery.

Everything looks nice in pictures online. Ha! It's junk. The shoes are so cheap and uncomfortable. The t-shirts and blouses are probably not going to make it through one washing. The clothes, shoes and jewelry are so bad I won't even donate to Goodwill. The only thing I ordered that is ok is a hanging purse holder. Mad at myself for not reading reviews. Also ordered in April, part came in mid June and the remainder July 17. Based on reviews I'm not going to bother with the aggravation of returning. Chalk it up to a lesson learned.

I ordered from Nora Cora not realizing it was a Chinese Company. The clothes I ordered were not what was portrayed. Cheap junk is what I got. It was a process to even get an address to return items. That's when you realize what your dealing with. They will not give you a return label. All I got was an address. Oh yes the country, Provence, districts, etc. So the charge to my card for clothes and USPS shipping for return! It's been 4 months but they are sticking to "we have not received"! They want a tracking # but China does not use tracking #'s. All I have is a customs form. Lesson learned to check who you are doing business with.
Took 2 months to receive order. Items didn't fit correctly & wanted to return. Was totally ignored. Now using them for cleaning rags. Save your money, shop elsewhere!

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
