JUST DON'T DO IT.

Their pictures show extremely cute clothes; however the quality is pure crap. Then when you complain, they want to either offer you a 15% refund or YOU must pay to have them sent back to China. They even sent the wrong size and refused to give me a full refund. DO NOT order from them.

I've been dealing with this return for months. I followed all NoraCora's return instruction and today after about 6 months, I got the tracked parcel back because the item had been refused in China. This organization is ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE.

Clothes are not accurate in sizing. Returns are impossible. Company will not honour their own return policy. They refuse to send a RAN even when THEIR conditions are met. Never again!

Still haven't received an RAN. Instead they have offered me 15% and then 25% refund. My order is packed and ready to go back to China. Of course there is not address to return it to. Just a huge RIP OFF!

I finally got an RAN and address to send the unwanted clothes back to. It cost me $65. And I still have not received a refund. What I ordered only cost $120. But it's the principle of the issue. This is not a reputable company in any way.

Buyer beware!

Terrible company to deal with. I placed my order early May, given a 10-20 delivery date. We're in mid July and still no order and they will not cxl order and no refund. Do not purchase from this company!

I ordered about $100 worth of summer clothes on May 1st and as of today, July 13th, I have received one piece of clothing out of about 10. I have contacted customer service several times and they keep blaming it on the corona virus or tell me to track the order. A few weeks ago it looked like it was in San Francisco. The one item I did get, a pair of pants, were cheap and the only thing that made it look like the ad was that they were the right color! I will NEVER buy from them again! Oh, and it is coming from China! I'm pretty sure it's on a slow boat!
$100 lesson. Don't buy from them!

I found the site months ago and bought quite a few clothes, I was very happy with the customer service and their return policy. There are so many dresses and skirts that I would buy them at a good price. I can get the same dresses at the mall and spend more and that would not include shipping to my home!

I was able to look for clothes according to the type of body, the belly, the big breasts, the long legs, etc., guarantee that the product fits me well. As far a I'm concerned, 1 star is too much for this company.
1) Waited over 4 months for the order to arrive, even though the payment withdrawal was instantaneous at time of purchase.
2) The QUALITY and MATERIAL are SUPER CHEAP!
3) The clothing items are NOTHING LIKE ADVERTISED.
You get a picture online and get delivered things that DON'T LOOK ANYTHING LIKE WHAT WAS ONLINE!
4) There is ZERO -0- way to communicate with the seller once you place your order.
NOT ONLINE, NOT VIA PHONE, NOTHING!
5) FINALLY RECEIVED ONE PACKAGE AND IT HAD BEEN OPENED AND THERE WERE MISSING ITEMS.
6) STILL WAITING ON THE 2ND ORDER. I TRIED TO CANCEL VIA PAYPAL, BUT APPARENTLY NORACORA SAID IT WAS SHIPPED! SO... NO MONEY AND NO CHEAP CLOTHES EITHER :/ :/

Your customer service is out of this world! I bought a couple of shirts that shrunk in the wash, when I wrote to the customer service girls at this boutique, they told me they would issue me a refund and that I can keep the shrunken items as I please. So, there is no need to argue, plead or anything. They are very polite and reliable.

European Sizes

If you order from here remember to order one or two sizes larger than you wear as these sizes are not accurate. Also, it took over a month to receive mediocre merchandise. Impossible to return. I would say if you live in the US, don't order from this source.
