I ordered an outfit online for an event the weekend that came the next day (amazing), however it was too big for me. I contacted here about my situation and my calendar and they took care of me and sent me a smaller size and arranged for a refund in the same week, I couldn't be happier!

Refund scam!

I purchased about $250 worth of merchandise. It took well over a month and a half for me to received a portion of my order. None of the items were as shown in the pictures and most of a poor quality. The sizes ran very small as well. I read the refund policy and sent a refund request per the instructions, well before the 15 day refund period. After about three emails, someone finally responded. She asked for additional information which I provided. Her response was then "we can not issue you a refund per our 15 day policy which has now expired." The policy only expired because they did not respond to me within the 15 days, not because I did not contact them in time. I will seek my refund through my credit card company. Fortunately I have an email trail that is dated. At first I thought that the slowness to contact me was due to Shelter in Place, now I believe it to be the companies tactic on refunds.

I wrote a poor review a few weeks ago because I was trying to return items but nobody at Noracora was answering my emails.
I eventually got an email telling me they would give me a 15% refund but this is what else they wrote
" We find that you wrote a 1 star review. Could you delete the bad review and we can issue refund to you. Is that ok with you?
Or If you can change to 5 stars will be better and the refund can aply after you change it, ok?"

I was totally enraged and accused them of blackmail and have heard absolutely nothing since!
The items took two months to arrive, the quality is garbage and nothing is sized correctly.
They are thieves!

Great experience

I always have a very good shopping experience here. I have probably placed at least 5 orders now and delivery is always fast! If I have a problem, I usually send an email and they get back to me in a day. I will definitely continue shopping with them.

The clothing is very poor quality was described & shown as linen and was not linen instead very poor quality nothing like the pictures, they will not honor a refund, also you don't know its from china at the time you order then they tell you you are responsible for return cost and customs fees and it will take a long time to resolve and they they offered me back 15% for my order..

I bought 3 dresses online here less than 2 weeks ago and one of the dresses I received was incorrect. I sent an email informing the team about this and I was lucky enough to be helped; It was absolutely fabulous to deal with this boutique. Very understanding and apologizing for the mistake and very happy to help. They kindly agreed to refund the dress amount and the response time was quite fast. Thank you very much for your help, and of course I would definitely buy again! :))

I ordered a few items in May. It's now July. The last update in tracking is from June 2nd. I've sent the company numerous emails and they just send the tracking details with lame excuses. Last one they actually tried to suggest it was delayed due to COVID. A good company will take accountability for items lost in transit. This is not a good company. Save your money and order somewhere else.

Disreputable Company

These people are thieves! I finally received an order placed on May 8th, and the items are good for nothing but rags. They are literally unwearable, with loose threads, unfinished seams, and the cheapest fabric you can imagine. They are sized for children. They kept buying time and sending phony tracking notices until the items arrived. You can't return the goods as the cost would too much to ship back to China. I suspect they wouldn't acknowledge receipt anyway and you would just be throwing good money after bad.
I also suspect that the positive reviews on this site are written by the company. If you pay attention to the language and spelling you can tell they weren't written by Americans. Interesting too to note that they are reviewed under two different company names. Check out noracora.co for more reviews. Bottom line is save yourself and DO NOT buy from them, they are crooks and should not be allowed to do business in the US!

The website is very easy to navigate, the clothes available are always beautiful and the quality is good.
