I ordered two dresses from this website, but from a different website and it was not as advertised. It did not have the frills on the bottom, it had more designs, and was made out of a very cheap satin-type material. It did not look bohemian like it does in the picture. There are also multiple websites with these exact same designs and model, under a different name. BEWARE!

Ordered 7/5/20. Website claims you will receive items within 15 days. They are based in China so that's not going to happen. I received "confirmation" of shipping but when you enter the tracking number on USPS, it indicates they have yet to receive the item for shipment. It is now 7/28/20. I just emailed and requested them to cancel the order and for a refund. Wish I would have checked online reviews prior. My mistake. Don't make the same mistake. Scammers.

I can't say enough bad about this company. Ordered May 12... received July 24. Tracking was not available at any time during this period. Item received was just barely close to the picture posted.
This company sells JUNK and you cannot return it as they are based in China and the return shipping is cost prohibitive that it is cheaper to keep the junk than return it. The quality is poor and very different from the picture. Their sizing is suspect as I think that they just give you any unsold size available

I placed my original order with this company on May 25,2020. I finally got part of my order on July 1,2020. I am still missing three items that I have been waiting for, and says they were shipped June 12,2020 and June 13,2020n but tracking isn't showing any movement at all. It is almost August! I ordered items back in November 2019. Didn't receive items until after Christmas and into January. I was VERY unhappy with the quality and wanted to return crap. Shipped items back via USPS and cost over $40. I have been consistently emailing "customer service " (what a joke!) and receive the same standard generic email from them stating they have not received my items so they will not issue a refund. I have provided the tracking number and they still claim they did not received items. I have been dealing with this company for over 7 months trying to get a refund of over $100. I can't believe that I fell for this company! Save yourself the hassle & frustration by not ordering anything from Nora Cora. I wish I would have done my homework! After my review of the very poor quality top I received, and the worst. Customer service you could possibly imagine... they wanted me to return the top to China... that would cost $27 and as my order total was $30 decided to bin the top and write off the $30 I spent. Noracora then offered me a full refund and said no need to ship the top back IF I REMOVED MY REVIEW! I decided to leave my review out there in the hope it will save others from making the same mistake I did. That in itself will be worth the $30 I wasted by sending it to Noracora in the first place. My advice, Avoid Noracora like the plague!

The top I received bore absolutely no resemblance whatsoever to the photo of the garment I ordered. It was a different colour and shape and what should have been half sleeves were a very peculiar piece of sticky out fabric where the sleeves should be. That's the only way I can describe it. Shocking. Some may ask what did I expect for $30? Fair enough, but it's possible to buy very nice quality tops from Old Navy or Target for the same price. Lesson learned, I won't be buying from overseas suspect companies in the future. The company said they would refund but I had to mail the top to China. Cost to ship was $27. I decided against spending the $27 when I might never receive a refund. Lesson learned.!

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE.
