Great clothes

I have bought some items here now and my experience is excellent so far. You get great bargains as long as you don't mind waiting a bit. You can check your order so you always know it is progressing. You can even, as I have, contact customer service to cancel an order if necessary and they will get back to you very quickly and arrange for a refund without hesitation. The dresses so far have been exactly as described and the quality has not disappointed.

Always a great experience shopping with this boutique! They have excellent clothes that are delivered within the time period that they declare. Rarely have I had a reason to return something, but if I have had to, they have also been very easy to handle. I love how they take care of their clients!

Items did not fit, asked to return, Noracora says return in to Guanzou China, and will be expensive and include customs cost, so better to just accept 15% return and keep the clothes. The items were shipped to me from 216 Harris St., South San Francisco. Would any LEGITIMATE online clothing vendor have their return site for items bought in the United States, in China during a pandemic?

I couldn't even tell you what fabric 4 tops and 1 dress were made from, but I'd liken the material to a cheap parachute, shiny and thin... don't get near a flame with these clothes on. The photo in front of a window tries to show how thin it is- that's 2 layers of cloth. There are no tags inside with laundry instructions or material or country of origin. There were clumps of dangling threads hanging off. The shape and sizing were giant... I'm a petite medium and I could fit 3 of me in the medium dress. It took 2 months to get the order after an email inquiry questioning where it was. Returns are at the customers shipping cost to Guangzhou, China OR accept a 15% return on the total of your order. The return email says you have 7 days to decide, I was given an automatic 15% credit. I do not recommend this company.

Takes a month to get delivery. My order was the wrong size in the package.To return I MUST PAY the shipping cost to CHINA (Cost $80). They offered 15% refund on $14 dress (that's $2.50!) - a LOSS, but to pay shipping to CHINA - A HUGE LOSS because THEY sent the wrong size.
THEY SHOULD BE CLEAR UP FRONT that they are in CHINA. Their website shows their address is in the UK

Placed an order on 05-29-2020 for multiple items; received one and still waiting on 6 other items on 07-25-2020! Went on their website and can't locate a phone number to call! You can fill out an online "customer service " (I use that term loosely) to contact them. I did this on 07-19-2020, and received an automatic reply that a customer service representative will contact me within 48 hours. Nothing! If they did call, they didn't leave a message. I'm out almost $150, summer is more than halfway done, and items I wanted for the season, aren't here! I tried shopping online during the pandemic and got ripped off!

Have admired many items on this site. Great representation. The one item I received was pretty tacky. Design was printed on fabric (not embroidered as appeared) and fabric was cheap synthetic. Very disappointing

I spent over a hundred dollars on what I thought were well made adorable clothes. When they arrived TWO MONTHS LATER, they were NOTHING like the picture, made of the CHEAPEST fabric, NO TAGS ON ANY ITEMS, and honestly, there is no shape pattern to these clothes, they look like a kindergarten child made them! I am furious with CHINA and how they continue to treat us like this. Also I received two pairs of tan colored pants in completely different sizes that I didn't order! One pair looks like kids clothes and the other is for a tall person. The only item that looks like I could possible wear is the orange tank top which again looks nothing like the pics online. I will continue to spread the word of this company and will never ever support CHINA if I can help it! ANY other country is better than CHINA MADE! They should be ashamed!
I contacted them VIA the email they had on the receipt, a couple days later they responded saying they would give me a 10% refund if I would just keep the items! Are you kidding me! Otherwise I have to personally pay the shipping costs to CHINA and they won't tell you if they received them or not.
The Better Business Bureau should have shut them down a long time ago!

Proportions not right!

After waiting 9 weeks for my top to arrive, I was very disappointed in the color. I was looking forward to the beautiful blue I saw online, but received a very light, almost gray shirt. I tried it on, even though the events I bought it for were long over, and it was WAY too tight. But the weird thing was, the sleeves and arm holes were ok.It's like they have never seen someone my size. I will take this to a thrift store ASAP, since it costs even more to send it back than I paid in the first place. However, I expect this shirt to be a big disappointment for as long as it exists. Anyone it fits will have giant, oversized and baggy sleeves. Hard pass!
