This clothes looked amazing on their website but I received cheap imitations made with super low quality fabrics. Also, it tool over two months to arrive and you can't even return the clothes! It's a total scam :( So disappointed. Look at this shorts how pretty they were supposed to be and how ugly there were when I got them! The dress in their website was lovely too, linen fabric, soft colors, instead, I got some cheap bright huge dress (size small but not made properly) made out of the cheapest fabric ever. And the neckless I ordered never showed up and they won't do anything about it. SAD!

I can understand shipping is slower because of Covid, so getting them 2 months after I ordered was distressing. And they don't actually send what is pictured. It's close, but definitely of such low quality, that it probably only cost them $1 to make. The T-shirts look like T-shirt material on the website, but they are this thin, shiny polyester blend. Same with the dresses. It is so thin a material, that they wouldn't even work as pajamas. The shoes feel like plastic, and are a half-size too small, and the jeans are just sad. I hope I can return everything, because none of this is something I would want to wear. Quality, and the hassle of ordering something that shipped so slow, is definitely not worth what I paid for these. It's obvious they have a nice version on the website, but what they send is only a close proximation. Don't order from them!

It's been 23 days since my order, and while 2 emails finally got a tracking number, the tracking number still only shows that it was picked up. Good to know: product is probably coming from China, and won't be here for a few more weeks. Had I known how long it would take (their site says 3-5 business days), I wouldn't have ordered at all.
An extra point of this online boutique is that they have recently allowed to publish photos in the reviews. This is a great way to see if the product really looks like what it says on the website, I love it! Highly recommended, especially coats and shirts.

If it is a Chinese company, info that is hidden from the buyer, don't order. They are masters of false advertising. The pictures of the products are beautiful but the products themselves are of the poorest quality. Sizing is erratic and 2 or 3 sizes smaller than what you ordered. It takes a minimum of 6 weeks to receive the order. Returns are very costly and customer service terrible to non existent. Save yourself the aggravation and expense and donate everything. READ REVIEWS! BUYER BEWARE! Made in China is only good when managed and shipped by a reputable American company you can communicate with. There are obviously no consumer protection laws in China because companies like these thrive on fraud. Every aspect of the business is fraudulent. What a shame!

When I emailed 4 different times about the issues I was sent the same response which was a generic email saying they needed more information which I had already provided. Now they have just stopped responding.

I ordered 5 pieces on June 14,2020 and as of today July 22,2020 gave not received one item. I have written 3 letters and all I receive is a description of their return policy. No one has looked into what is going in with the third party handler. I am now getting my credit card company involved. You cannot talk with anyone and they are totally irresponsible with regards to customer service. There are so many other companies to shop with. I was just trying to do a little shopping for vacation well that has come and gone. Very disappointed.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
