This company is a complete scam. I ordered over $200 worth of clothes, they took over a month to arrive. When I opened the items, they looked nothing like they appear to look like on their site. The material is cheap and poorly sewn. I then returned the items and shipped them to the address the package came from. After weeks of not receiving a refund, I reached out via email, took two attempts before they even responded. They then told me that the return address I used was not a valid address and that in order to return, you have to contact them to get "authorization to return your items and then they claim they give you a return address which is in Guangzhou, China. Had I known all of this I would have taken all of the items to Good Will for donation rather than spending 24 dollars on shipping, losing my items and not receiving a refund. Never again will I order from an "unknown" retailer. This is a fraudulent business and I plan to report them.
As for the earrings, I received the best quality and fastest shipping in the history of the pandemic, that's why they are 5 stars. As for the dress and shoes, always choose 1-2 sizes bigger than you are, that is the key.
I love buying here, since I can find clothes that fit me well, where I live it is difficult to find clothes small enough that it is not for children, so I love buying here because it means that I can wear very nice clothes and my proper size. Everything always arrives on time!

I placed an order with this company on May 10th. Ordered 4 items, to date I have only received 3 of the items and it took almost 8 weeks for these 3 items to arrive. I have yet to receive the 4th item. I did not realize when I placed the order that these item were coming from China! I have sent email after email to inquire the where abouts of my items with only one response, sending me the tracking numbers, however the tracking numbers do not reveal where the items are other than showing they arrived in San Francisco, but no other details as to what's happened to those items from there! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! When I placed the order they did not reveal it was coming from China or that it would take over 2 months for the items to arrive! They should be reported to the AG and not be in business! UNACCEPTABLE!

After waiting almost two months for shipment I received a much smaller than expected package. I ordered seven tops, a pair of casual pants and a few accessories. The contents were of horrible quality fabrics and workmanship. Items are definitely misrepresented in photos. Earrings and belt were smaller then represented and of poor quality as well. A waste of time and money as I'll have to donate items to Goodwill. I should have read the reviews before ordering. I won't bother to try to return anything as I'm sure that too would be problematic. Chalk it up to a lesson learned and hope it saves you the trouble.

The refund policy stated on website is deceiving, I read that before ordering. If you don't like what you ordered (the quality is extremely poor) you are responsible to return the items to Guangzhou China. They also advise you that you may have to pay other related return charges. Your refund will be processed after their return center receive and inspect the return package (Website states return will be processed in 1 week they don't say 1 week from NEVER. Since international returns might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return costs, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. They will offer a 15% refund of your order (you made a 85% contribution to China). The pictures of clothing are deceiving, again THE QUALITY IS EXTREMELY POOR. WHAT A RIP OFF. I will not buy anymore items that state MADE IN CHINA. They should be charged criminally for deceptive practices and policies.

Over 9 weeks and many emails to their customer service and I'm asked to be patient, but the tracking # given show nothing past 6/13/2020 and still haven't arrived in the US; today is 7/21/2020 and I placed my order on 5/27/2020. Note, I did get 2 of my 10 items ordered BUT they do not look like the pictures. I brought this up and sent pictures, while inquiring where my 8 missing items are and asking for tracking info, but get the standard reply, "Can you resend the pictures and Be Patient." I wish I'd researched the company before but thought they were okay since PayPal processes payments. My advice, fellow shoppers, look over the internet and see this company's bad reviews. So disappointing and sad I couldn't give lower than a 1 star review!

Ordered online and it took almost 3 months to receive the product. Made several attempts to track the order but didn't get anywhere and customer support was like running in circles - same response over and over and no resolution. When I finally got the clothes it was like something you'd find at the Dollar Store. Poor quality and sizing was way off. Now I'm stuck with trying to get them to issue a return authorization even thought I'm responsible for paying for the return! It's been a real nightmare and I don't see any end in sight!

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
