WARNING! Do not support this company, Noracora which is located somewhere out of the United States. Not sure if they really exist or a scam. I placed a large order of clothing with them back in May 2020. After a month I started inquiring where is my order. Only to received a short apology but that my order should be shipped out soon; which was definately a lie. It is now the month of July to be exact the 30th of July & as I text this information, I'm still waiting for my order two months now. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Not sure if I will ever receive that order or perhaps I was scammed.

Months ago I signed up to receive an email to find out if a sold out dress was available in my size again. Yesterday I received an email and ordered the dress. Today it was delivered. It is absolutely perfect quality material, it is true to size. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. The dress was slightly different in color from the photos, however that was clearly indicated in the description and I ordered it knowingly. I would definitely recommend this website to skeptics of online shopping.

It's two months later and I haven't received my order. Shipping status has been the same since May 23. Even with COVID this seems a long time to wait. My requests for updates results in a general robot-like Response with no effort on their part to solve the problem.

The dresses arrived. The cotton linen dress has no linen in it. The label reads 35% cotton and 65% polyester. The 100% cotton dress has a label that says its cotton but it is clearly very cheap polyester. It is definitely not cotton. I would never wear these dresses. The photos completely misrepresent the style of the dress and the information is inaccurate in terms of the material used. I have requested a refund and completed all the paperwork as they directed me to.
Update July 30
I requested NoraCora five days ago to send me the necessary information for me to return the clothing. I completed all the information requested. They sent me an email saying I could get 15% of what I paid back. I responded I was not interested and wanted the return address so I can ship it back. It's been almost a week and I've gotten no reply --I've sent the request twice. Nothing.
I tried to write a review on their site. The link that you click to review does not work. It is not a hot link. This leads me to believe that all the reviews, which have 5 stars, are fake.
They offered me a refund last week on the condition I remove my negative reviews. I refused.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! They will take your money right away and you NEVER will see your order! I placed my order over 30 days ago (9 items) and so far I have received nothing... in fact, some of the items still don't even ship. The tracking number provided doesn't work, so I've no idea if ever will see my order! Be aware that there is nothing on the website that indicates that the order delivery will take this long; In fact, it has a lot of publicity saying NORACORA is improving delivery to make it faster and promoting shipping within 24 hours on some clearance items! They are creating deceptive campaigns, promising false expectations to the customers.
It is very sad and disappointing to see how NORACORA is taking advantage of the situation, promising false advertising, and making excuses for not doing the right thing for its clients. Don't let this happens to you.

This company uses false advertising to get you to buy more and then does not apply discounts. When you ask to cancel, they refuse. They ship you a few of your items (I bought six shirts and have only received 2) and then refuse to issue a refund. They gaslight you into months of emails in which they assure you that they've initiated the refund but then say "Clearly, you've received your packages."

Ordered over $100 worth of items. After a very long time most of the order arrived. Cheap fabric - some too sheer, not as pictured in color & style, sizing is off. Started the return process, got a generic response with instructions. I responded with the info they requested, got the same generic response. After multiple emails finally got offer for 25% refund. I was so frustrated I settled for 50% - if I ever see it I will be surprised. I need to try to figure out if companies are out of China. Twice I've been taken & I will stop online ordering unless i know they are not CHINA. Every time turns out to be a scam. Buyer beware!

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
