Large online store, with impressive clothing, has a large selection of clothing for casual and evening wear. I like the convenience of being able to browse and shop online.
Placed order 6/15 and it arrived, piecemeal on 7/31! Tried cancelling on several occasions - no go. Seller provided "tracking" - apparently ships on a slow boat from China, then does not get delivered to USPS for weeks after it arrives in US. Buyer has to pay for shipping returns. To China I guess. Quality fair - as expected for inexpensive price(haven't tried washing yet). Some of the size guidelines accurate, others way off. Colors are as they appear on website, quite nice.
I love the options of being able to buy online. Good website. I like having a bookmarks page so I can plan my wardrobe. I love him dresses especially.

It's a scam - No 800 #. The email comes from an ESL employee in China(always a canned response). No refunds. It's been 2 months and TWENTY emails(including threat of legal action), Still don't have the order. They advertise VERY aggressively. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT order from this fraudulent company. Someone else just wrote to US should shut them down. I totally agree. All should report them to the FTC as I did.

The clothing does not arrive in a timely way. Quality of fabric is poor. Sizing is all over the board. When you go to return something there is nothing fast about it (like they claim in the return section), they drag out your receiving a refund approval, then you find out you have to return to China! They suggest that you take a 15% refund to not return and use it to 'to change the size of cloth' for sizing issues.

DELIVERY: I ordered some clothes on June 8th. They arrived July 29th. Repeated emails to their customer service department provided no update other than "track your package". The package tracking showed no information other than they were waiting. QUALITY: I ordered a shirt with a VW bus image on it. It arrived and was actually an Iron On Sticker! I could print that on my home printer but choose not to as they can't be ironed and they peal off after the first washing. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

The folks at Noracora have been responsive to my complaint here, and the company is doing the right thing in terms of customer service. I appreciate it. I hope that others have a good experience with purchasing from them.
I ordered two very cute-looking dresses back in late April. One finally arrived after about 6-7 weeks, and I was very disappointed in the quality. The item had said "cotton" but in fact it was nylon or nylon mix, exactly the type of material decorative flags are made from. I couldn't wear it and have ended up cutting it up to make masks out of.
The other dress finally arrived today, and it's a similar issue. Again, claims to be "cotton & polyester" but feels more like nylon or possibly nylon-rayon mix. However, it's not as stiff and "flag-like" as the first dress, so I'm going to give it a try. I will not, however, ever purchase from Noracora again.

But since I then I have been receiving communications with a real person who seems to care about my order and the money I spent which I appreciate so I am updating my review because of improved customer service. Although I still haven't received my items due to problems in the parcel service end, I no longer believe Nora Cora is a scam. It's only fair to revise the review.
Items I ordered on 6/8 never received. Customer service contacted 3xs by email( no phone number available) received same irrelevant responses out how to track item. I was tracking item. No info found after July 5. Now all items are "out of stock" so now I don't have my money and I don't have any of the items. And no one to talk to about it.

Every time I order online here, I feel like a queen with how easy it is to navigate, team communication, and last but not least, the free shipping that arrives in a few days. Thank you very much for having excellent customer service and quality clothing.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
