I don't know who gives you glowing reviews, must be friends and relatives and I don't know where you get a 3.5, RATING. Thre one I saw was 80% negative. I wish I had checked before I ordered. I ordered on June 2. It is August 2 and I still don't have my order. Now I read in my tracking report that the itrems are out of stock and I need to reorder. I will be contacting a consumer assistance agency. In the mean time, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED IN MY 80 YEARS
I usually buy clothes here when they have special offers. It's easy to shop online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the return policy makes it a risk free transaction. Checking reviews is usually a very good way to find out the fit and quality.
This Company is a Scam! Its from China, Takes way too long to receive. Then when I finally get it 2 separate orders(I place the order together) 1 month later the other arrived from another location. Turns out try to return these they tell you how much it cost to return to China so best to keep it and they will refund me 15%. No way I want all my money and return this or throw this in the trash. Yes, Trash I would not even donate these that is how nasty this fabric feels. Not safe to put on the body or the smell of the fabric. So bad! I feel ripped off from China! I did not know it was China when I ordered this or I would not of placed the order. Super cute clothes on the models but do not believe the photos they are not what you get. You get JUNK!

This is my favorite place to buy clothes and accessories, the quality and variety are amazing! The stores are large and full of variety, the great designs and the staff are helpful. I also love receiving catalogs so I can see what's new!
I love that they usually have something I would like to buy. Very easy to do and happy with my purchases. I have recommended it to my friends after they have commented on something that I am wearing since they like it.
If you purchase something from Noracora make sure it fits. The return policy is not fast and easy as advertised. What they forget to mention is the return address is in China and can cost more than the item itself. My purchase price was $33 and to return in their envelope would have cost me over $53. They offered me 15% in lieu of returning it. Eventually I was able to get 40%(a little over $9) but I am out the rest of my money and have an item I cannot wear. So be very careful. One good thing - they were good at responding to my emails within 48 hours as advertised.

I ordered 3 tops in 2 sizes larger than I normally wear, based on other reviews. 2 were still too small, 1 was too large. [The size charts online refer to measurements of each item, NOT your body measurements, so they're all different and nearly accurate.] The shoes were at least a full size smaller than normal. The prints on 2 tops were somewhat different from those shown online and 1 top was styled differently - simple extension sleeves instead of set-in. Too expensive to return to China, lesson learned. Took over 2months to arrive; would likely take as long for a refund if I returned it all. Still get 2 stars cuz I love the style and general looks of their merchandise, and would buy again if only I could try on everything first!

Company misrepresents products with photos online of another mfg goods. Fraudulently claims goods arrive in 8 to 10 business days and it took 3 months. When they arrived order was incorrect, products not remotely like the photos and were of very cheap fabric and quality not worth turning into rags to wipe a floor. Return policy is deceptive. They require you to return goods to China and then will issue a refund. Here is the final "got you". If the order is incorrect or goods damaged they can claim you never sent the original shipment back and keep your money and you are out the very expensive shipping price. They also are filling sites like these with fake reviews that are glowing and completely inaccurate to balance bad reviews. All around frauds and deceptive business. DO NOT USE!
Update: After submitting this review, the company contacted me stating they would offer a full refund without shipping of the merchandise. If this is honored as proposed I will update this review. Additional review to follow.
Follow up: Additional contact from company representative requested I remove this review in turn for full refund. Still awaiting credit refund.

I have been an online shopper since this boutique started the online experience. Buying online is a great way to choose the item you want from the large online catalog. First choose your garment, color, refer to the size chart, fill out the order form, where you want it delivered, at your home or at a nearby Woolworths. If you are not satisfied with your choice, be it the wrong size or color, you can return the garment for credit or you can replace it with the appropriate size or color.
I have numerous problems with this order, namely 1/2 of it is still missing & I wanted for a trip in July. Everytime I email the company to request 1/2 a refund, I get told someone will contact me within 48 hrs. You guessed no contact! So I email again still no refund. They took the money out right away. Why cant they replace it as easily?
I made a mistake in my home address when registering here. My first order did not arrive, so I checked and modified the address online, then used the online chat service to see what could be done. They offered me replacement items or a refund, but I really wanted the dresses I had ordered since I was going on vacation soon. Customer Service contacted the local courier service and my package was still in the warehouse. Arrangements were made to redeliver, and I got my dresses the next day. I am a very happy customer.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
