Do NOT shop from this company! The other reviews are correct as it relates to their return policy which is not disclosed. Sweater I ordered was huge! Went to return and stated I needed to return product to China which would be expensive and also states paying custom fees. WHO DOES THIS?! They'll offer you 15% discount to keep something you won't wear. So many other REPUTABLE online businesses out there that have ETHICAL return policies. Don't make the same mistake I did - avoid Nora Cora and save your money. The giveaway is there are spelling errors on the website.
Loved the socks and and hat. Definitely great buy so were the boots. The fur moccasins were too big although its my size wish I ordered smaller. The 3xl pants were way to small even though they were leggings... not even what a 3xl would be. A little disappointed being that it cost more than what I pay to return. Wish I would of looked careful a return options.

I ordered approx 6 shirts and 2 pair of shorts. First off the Jean shorts were cute and fit well. The shirts however! We're junk! The look and texture shown in the pic's are definitely wrong. I'll fitting and disqusting polyester, is actually what tshirts as well as some of the wimesicle looking shirts. I tried to return all of the shirts, and was shut down. Their is no true way to get ahold of customer. Do NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Barely shipped in time for Christmas! Packing materials and shipping method lacking as pkg torn and materials hanging out of same. Obviously poorly retaped bulky and very heavy plastic wrapped and plopped down mess on porch…no idea of accuracy of order.
The items looked similar to the pictures but were absolutely not the fabrics shown in the pictures. Very cheap poor quality. The colors were not the same. The sizes were terrible. 4 items and I could squeeze into one if I wanted to feel like I was in a vice. Couldn't return it. There were no return instructions. I had to choose my order twice as the cart disappeared in the middle of ordering, so it has taken me several hours, instead of about 45 minutes. Hopefully I have now got it sorted out.
I have recently bought 9 dresses and a couple of sweaters from Nora Cora and I have been very pleased with everything. The patterns on the material are most unusual and I don't think I would get such a choice elsewhere. Two dresses came bigger than expected, although ordered on size, luckily my clever neighbour was able to alter them to fit. Just about to order a few additions to my winter wardrobe, no, not needed, but want is not the same! I am a very satisfied customer and have recommended the company to my friends.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
