I have purchased at least 4 tops from Noracora, thinking the pictures showed nice, colorful, well made tops. I have sent back EVERY one, as they don't fit well or feel good. THAT is JUST the beginning!? TRY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK? LOL, the return is to CHINA? You are offered 15% of your purchase price, "so you don't have to spend the return $$ to CHINA! I held out and managed to get 25% - - Wahoo, such a deal.
Will NEVER buy from them again. I'm just giving you my experiences. BEWARE!
It was fast and easy. The slacks were the same size and style yet they fit differently. One had a tag on them but the other did not,like they may had been returned.

Be aware that this company will substitute something if they dont have what you ordered. Sometimes it will be made of same fabric but different style. So only order if you dont mind returns. I'm done with them.
Very easy to order, some of the products are great and exactly as pictured, while others are somewhat cheaper quality than expected, but when you buy stuff on sale, sight unseen, you get what you pay for. The jackets seem smaller and shorter sleeves than expected and cheaper quality, but the sweaters were exactly as described, the lined leggings are not as stretchy as hoped and supposed to be dry cleaned. Over all happy so far, but still waiting to see the quality of the rest of the items I've ordered.

FIRST TIME ORDER I ordered shoes & they sent wrong size. Ordered size 6 but received size 7 or 8. I tried on & walked out of them.

Disappointed with the quality of the items. Items were not as shown in the pictures. Some items were too small and others too big. I guess you get what you pay for. Also there were problems with the delivery.

Clothing takes forever. Sizes are not the same. Don't know when I'll get the rest of my order. Can't track anything. Can't talk to anyone. Comes from China, so buyer beware!

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
