I just tried this website today and am very satisfied with their clothes and website design. Very conveniently organized and categorized. Their products are very reasonably priced and very good quality! The shipping costs are also very affordable, considering it's free shipping over a low amount! I love how they show multiple photos and also show reviews from other customers to help you with the purchase. This website is easily one of my new favorite websites to shop for due to pricing, shipping, and convenience. Definitely take a look at this website!

If you have any returns you will be screwed by this company! Never got my product shipped arrived! They promised to resend and replace shoes and never did! Then they tell you they can't pay you refund to a new bank account. I changed my bank! So they just keep my money!
Worst customer service ever. They dragged me along for over 6 month! 27 emails! I lost my money!

The material used for the clothes is flimsy and not as advertised. The sizes are inconsistent and the clothing is just cheaply made. I wish I had read the negative reviews before ordering. Their customer service is also terrible. STAY AWAY from this company - do not order anything from them.

This company advertises ‘easy returns and refunds'. When several items in my recent order did not fit, I followed their instructions and emailed customer service. I received a polite response from a Ms. Christine Wu, who informed me that their return center was not in San Francisco where the clothes were shipped from, but rather, in China. She further indicated that shipping to China can be very expensive so she suggested I keep the items and they would refund me 15% of my purchase price. Ridiculous

VERY DISAPPOINTING...

The clothing and wide selection is great. When my order was missing 2 items, CS replied "It has been delivered, check your tracking #"which, of course, I had many times. Now the package has arrived. Strange to me, order of 3 garments ordered together, arrived separately weeks apart. Also, all 3 items were ordered in same size. One fit great and the other two could have fit someone TWICE MY SIZE. Not worth effort to return to China and wait another month. So beware their sizing charts... see other feedbacks before ordering

DON'T DO IT! SCAM!

Please stay away from this scam of an operation. The items received IN NO WAY match the quality of the photos. For example when I thought I ordered a linen type blouse with embroidered flowers on it, I received a cheaper than polyester piece of trash with painted flowers on it. The items are all made out of the cheapest fabric I have ever seen. The items arrived frayed and balling before ever worn. The items took 2.5 months to arrive. The season was over before I could wear the items. When I tried to return the items, they told me it would cost more to return them than the items costed in the first place. They told me to keep the crap and they would send me a check for 15% of my total order. Jut - wow. Criminal.

I usually don't write a bad review unless I'm just disgusted. Their return policy is a great way to rip people off. Had I known their return policy (clearly my fault) I would've NEVER ordered ANYTHING from their website. I have never heard of a company that didn't pay for return shipping. To return it, is 3x what I paid for the product. And then they want to offer 15% refund since paying for shipping is absolutely ludicrous. HA. What a scam. No thanks. Their clothes are cute but not cute enough. Oh, and I'm still waiting for a shirt that was bought on the same day as the (cheaply made) shoes I bought but has yet to show up. At this point, it doesn't matter. They can keep it.

I ordered a dress in May. Still have not received. I have a case with USPS and they flat out say they do not have. When you email Noracora they just respond with they are getting with their logistics department. Contact them back if you have not heard from them in 10 days. After 10 days you get the same response.
I am more mad at myself because after the first "wait 10 days" I ordered another one. Really wanted to wear to a wedding in September. It is now September 1st and that one shows no signs of coming either. So, I have paid for TWO dresses and have nothing! I seriously looked them up to see if they were a real company.

The quality of the clothing was mediocre (well it is cheap)... Their sizing is way off. I ordered small shirts and a small dress and they were enormous. They wanted me to pay for returns back to China which was going to be a fortune. I think most people buy once and never again. The customer service does get back to you but never answers the questions. They are rude. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY they do not stand by their product.

Terrible company!

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM NORACORA! You will receive nothing but cheap fabrics, substandard construction, ripped or missing seams and hems, and sizes and receipt dates that are all over the board. Nowhere on their website does it say that any returns must be sent to China at YOUR expense (in my case over $125.00!) And you pay customs too! Upon complaint to their customer service I am offered a variety of "discounts ". No way! I either trashed what I received, or gave to charity. This company is a rip-off. Read carefully any positive reviews you see... notice any funny English?... who do you think is writing these?! They will likely respond to this review with their usual form letter, soon to be seen below... Sigh. I've been "had" and so will you.
