I ordered $200 of clothes at the beginning of June for summer. About a month after I ordered I got one pair of short then weeks later two t-shirt. It's now September and I'm still waiting. Customer service keeps telling me they are checking and asking me to wait but no real answers. When I asked for a refund they asked me to wait longer and said they hoped I enjoyed shopping with them. Really? Three month without the Summer clothes, fall is here and no prospect of getting them or my money back. No I do not enjoy shopping with you.
Placed my order in july, it took about 3 weeks to get it. If i knew it was comming from CHINA i would NEVER have placed the order, it's impossible to get any response from norcora. I emailed them 6 times to get authorization and address to return my items. It's now sept. 1st still no communication from them. The items i purchased are of such poor quality, the top part of two dresses felt like creep paper and looked like burlap. None of them were sized right, not one of my six items fit, they looked horrible on, they looked like sacks. Found out shipping back to china is outrageous it would cost $60.00 to $70.00 to return. One other customer was able to return only to have her return refused by noracora and sent back to her, she was now out of $251.00. This is the most dishonnest co. I have ever dealt with, i should say tried to deal with, 5 weeks later still waiting. Please do not buy from Noracora, save your self a lot grief and your hard earned $$$$$

My husband ordered many different items from Nora Cora two months before my birthday. The items never came, my husband contacted the company several times, they offered no remedy, refused to issue a credit for the purchase, and eventually stopped responding to my husband at all. Would absolutely NEVER buy anything from this company again! Ultimately we had to contact our credit card company to reverse the charges.
