Photo on website looked completely different from actual product...substandard quality leather and boots were shipped folded in a bag resulting in a deep crease in the side of each boot.

Prefer to wait until I see boots in person
Delivery took over 6 weeks. Disappointed in the items. I ordered a size M and the shoulders are to big.

I paid NORACORA over $130 for clothes and received them but when I asked about returning 1 item out of of 5 that I ordered as it did not fit, they insisted they did not get the order.
They refused assistance and I even sent them (as they asked) photos of the order information from my Paypal site and photos of the items and all shipping labels. They refused to acknowledge they even sold me anything. YOU CANT FIND AN ORDER # it is all in Chinese!
They are a rippoff!
The blouses I ordered looked thicker on the website than they actually are. I am do not like them very much but it will cost me to return any one of them so I am keeping them and may give a couple away.
Quality was not good at all. Shoes were horrible! Very very difficult to TRY to return! The only way I found the return address was on this website where someone had posted it (thank you) and I'm curious to see how much the shipping will be….

Nice looking clothes but some of them that I actually received I did not care for and you can't return them because it cost more than the clothes that's the only thing I didn't like they give you a percentage back which doesn't do you any good if you can't wear the clothes.

After I received my order I realized that what you see in the website has nothing to do with what you receive. The materials look so beautiful in the app and when you see them in person they are completely different texture and colors. I gave all the item I ordered to goodwill. Do not buy from Noracora

If you need to return ANYTHING be prepared to lose your money. It will cost more to return it than the item is worth and you will be left with a useless item and MAYBE 25% of what you paid!
READ THE RETURN POLICY VERY CAREFULLY and if you do order anything expect that it will most likely NOT BE ANYTHING LIKE WHAT THE PICTURE SHOWS nor fit unless you order much larger than normal size! VERY dissatisfied and VERY SAD with my whole experience.

I thought I would save some money and buy a certain sweater from Noracora. The picture was identical to other sites, but it was not what they sent me. It is stiff, much smaller cable knit but I don't feel too bad now that PayPal reversed the charge. It apparently fit their fraud profile.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
