Nowhere on their order site does it say anything about having to return items to China. I ordered according to their size guide but the items were much too small. Now I have to return to China (and pay shipping and maybe customs charges). In lieu of that, they said I can keep the items and take a 15% refund - amounts to $10 refund on over $60 in items. So I would still be out almost $50 on things I cannot wear. After some back and forth on email, they have stopped communicating. Bad News.

Ordered several pieces, only 2 were satisfactory. Three pairs of shoes, all ordered to be the same size, we're very different sizes, none of them usable, ranging from too small to far too big. One item still hasn't arrived after over 4 months! When I try to track It, all the info is in Chinese. Customer service responds politely but only says to be patient.

Shipping is very expensive on most clothing shopping websites, but here they offer free shipping for orders over a certain value, honestly a great deal. Hope it can incorporate more youthful designs, seriously, highly recommended.
