Good! A fun design for Christmas. The fabric is a bit lighter than I expected but it's very cute.

I'm not pleased with their service I ordered 2 pairs and received receive one pair of my boots order#HBPT*******. Since I am a size 9.5US I ordered size 42 and they are too tight. I needed size 43. I followed the procedure to obtain a return label and I did not received a return label. So now that is money wasted and what am I to do with those boots. Please assist.

Communication is poor. I have been asking for a return label and have not yet received one. My 30 return policy is ticking and I feel like I have been played by your company.

Ordering was easy. It does take a while to get your order due to the fact that it comes from China. Don't rely on the pictures for quality of your order. Yes, the print was correct but the quality of the material is not what I would choose.

Norcora has beautiful colors and great looking sweaters. Hopefully, that I can get this before Christmas for my Sister-in-law.

Quick easy check out and I like the variety of items. However, what's pictured is not always what you get. Meaning the quality and look of the picture is not necessarily the same in the item received.

These clothes look cute but be prepared to wait at least 5 weeks before you get the first email of when it will arrive, followed by 3 others with different dates. Company is out of China, says it accepts returns, but when you follow their instructions they actually DON'T take returns, so you are stuck with your purchase. Terrible company, horrible service, STILL waiting for my partial shipment after 5 weeks. Unreal.

A few weeks ago, I put in for a refund on their refund page, as per their instructions. The items were all Christmas related and arrived in January. Plus they were way too large. I was given a refund ID ******* and told I would hear from them within 48 hours with further instructions. After 2 subsequent emails to them from me, I am still waiting. And I receive advertising emails from them frequently, so it's not that their emails are going to "junk" as they're fond of saying. They simply have left me hanging.

Very disappointed in items received. Colors are not same as pictured. Sizing is off even though I checked size chart for each item. Shipping is too much to return. Will not buy here again

I loved everything I ordered, unfortunately the clothes run big. I wish I could have asked about sizing before I ordered. Everything now has to go back and I have to re-order everything in a smaller size. I will order again because the clothes are so beautiful AND THE PRICES ARE FANTASTIC

I don't know who they are using for their sizing, but I am a size 8 and ordered the Med fleece lined leggings, and I could only get 1 leg on they were so small! Also the lining was Not the sherpa fleece as so shown on the web page. The cat leggings in Med however did fit and ate really cute.

The article sent was nothing like the description or picture. I have already asked for a refund & sent photos from a previous email. The return policy is so ridiculous I will not be ordering again.
