Unfortunately I was naive, didn't do my homework, nor did I look at reviews first... I Loved the pretty pictures and bought 8 items. 7 items arrived one month later... and quality was horrific. Instead of being loose, lightweight and feminine, clothing was stiff, hems were missing, and sizes were either too small, too large, or too long. Fabric was CHEAP. They said returns were easy when I did the order, but in actuality, they were difficult. Noracora offered me 15% in lieu of expensive return charges... which angered me. So I wrote 2 negative reviews, one on this site. Surprise, surprise, Noracora came back and said they would pay me 50%... but only if I removed both negative reviews first. So I did. Meanwhile, someone at noracora is putting positive reviews on sitejabber, faster than negative ones can go on. Funny, many of the names of the reviewers are pretty fake looking. Well, supposedly noracora "tried to refund me my 50%... but it did not happen. Noracora claims "I opened a checkout case". Not sure what that means, but at this point I have marked them as scam so they no longer show up on my pintrest, nor in my email. I am sooo over them. I will only buy from certified American companies from now on. Buyer beware! On a bright side... I needed more cleaning rags. I waxed the car yesterday and the "stiff" t-shirt worked great for that!
I bought 8 items. NoraCora charged my bank on the day I put in my order. Only 7 items arrived, one month later! They said they shipped it on July 12 but it did not arrive until August 5th. Items did not look like the pictures. Sizes were all over the place. Quality was shoddy. I sent an email to [email protected]. Only got a form that said I would be contacted in 24 hours. 3 More emails later, still no response! I found a phone number for a real person thru another complaint website... and the guy who answered had such a thick Chinese accent I could hardly understand him. But I did understand when he said that he would call me back in a half hour. Well, its been 2 hours. I still do not know where to send My return! If you read any positive reviews for Noracora, I bet dollars to donuts that those are fake reviews. I feel like I have been totally scammed. Don't be as gullible as I. Run!
I love boho fashion and I rarely order clothes for myself. I was excited when I bought from NoraCora, anticipating the arrival of my nine items. Oh, was I so disappointed! It took 2 weeks for my clothes to arrive. One of the envelopes was torn open, and one of the pairs of pants were torn. One of the items was missing. I ordered XL, and the items they sent were very small (not U.S. sizes) and the fabrics was so cheap that even if the items fit me, I would have been embarrassed to wear them. My $160 order was a total disaster. The clothes look so cute on the site, but the company is a huge rip-off. After emailing their staff, all I got was a $17 credit. I encourage you to NEVER buy from this online store. (Note: I write very few reviews. My conscience did not allow me to be quiet after dealing with Nora Cora.) Beware!

You will not receive anything close to what you ordered. I get popup ads from this place ever since I ordered last year. And every time one comes up, I get madder and madder. Do not order from this site.

Finally i am happy not with the item managed to get my prepaid shipping label & refund I ordered a very nice blouse and a knee length denim coat for Fall. It took 2 1/2 months for my shipment to come and I was shocked at what I was sent. Instead of the long sleeved white poets blouse I was sent a half sleeved mint green shirt with bows on the elbows. Instead of the long denim coat I was sent a hip length blazer with a different color belt 3 sizes too small. To return them both the shipping was $47 The leggings look nothing like they do on the website and the sizes are not true to what they are posted as. The product sent out is cheap in more ways than one. I went on the internet and i found this number + (eight five zero six three two zero nine eight zero) when my line was connected they helped me some with instructions so that i can return there garbage back and initiated my money to me, at first I thought whether they will really help me or it's a scam but after I confirmed with my bank I was relaxed as I have really received my refund from them

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
