Their Return Policy: "... it's easy to return and receive a refund." Reality: You must return to CHINA and pay for shipping fees, customs fees, and anything else the Chinese may throw your way. It's a complete racket. They deal in English and American dollars, pose as a national business but they are located in China. Nowhere on the site will you see that, though! Only AFTER they already have your money and refuse to provide the return process they misled you to believe they offer. Plus, the merch is poor quality and they take 8 weeks to deliver, regardless of what they promise. It's a racket! The worst site I've ever dealt with.
I have placed many orders and many more to come on this website. Any clothes you ordered here are great. One had a defect, they fixed it immediately, they made things better. I will continue to order from this online boutique for years to come.

There is nothing good about my experience with Noracora! It took 6 weeks to get items and when I ordered I did not realize it was not in the USA. Everything was way to big, the colors of the tshirts were not as described, the fabric was cheap stretchy fabric. The clothes looked nothing like the website. All they could do was offer 15% credit instead of sending back to China! It is still bothering me! When I tried to Google them that is when I saw all the complaints about them! I sent them an email to say that I wasn't sure if they were aware of what was being sent out was nothing like shown on the website. They didn't seem to upset about it! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I would rather giverthem no stars but that is not an option!

I placed the order (HBPT*******) ON 7/19. DID NOT RECEIVE IT TILL 9/23. REPEtedly requested status on order. Company very slow in responding. Order received was not as described and much too large. Requested a Return Address Label five times and have still not received it. Item cannot be returned without that label and approvel to return. They only give 15 days to return the item. They are stalling til the 15 days are up, so they do not have to take the return. No phone number to contact them. Very shady company.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
