Have liked the 2 items I received but still waiting for another ordered in Nov. I will likely keep shopping on here, but must say the delievery is very slow.

I had an order, waited weeks, out of the five pieces of clothing and two pieces of jewelry I received the two pieces of jewelry and one clothing item right on time. After waiting several weeks I inquired and was given no date, just processing. Finally after I inquired again, I got an email saying things were not in stock and would I like a refund. That same day I received an email with new sales items; three
Items out of the four I was waiting on were on sale, being advertised. I wrote service at noracora again, asked about the items. I got a one-sentence email saying sorry for bad experience. No other information. It's really a shame, because I liked most of the items, but I will never purchase anything

I had trouble at first placing my order, because there are so many pretty things. I try to buy dresses to wear to church, they're hard to find, if I had more money I would have a ball ordering.
I had trouble trying to order being told my email was invalid when zI get about 3 emails a week.
Design and fit were great. Almost exactly what I wanted.
I wish the fabric was a little thicker but its fine as I will have no issues wearing it in spring and fall as well as now in winter.
The order process was fine. I had no issues or problems. Sizinging again was accurate. Shipping was a little slow compared to "other companies" however I could only find this here and it was worth the extra days/ week to get the dress. I will shop from this company again.
So far so good. We will know when the dress gets here... Crossing my fingers I love it and don't have to send it back...

The quality was terrible and absolutely nothing fit or looked as described other than one thing. I asked about returns and they make you pay the shipping back to China

I liked the selection but the code I was given didn't work and none of the "of you it this many you get % off the next item".
My items came in about 2.5 weeks or so. I was excited and then I opened them to find the most cheaply made shoes I have ever seen. These might as well been foam boots. When I asked for refund I was told 15%. Which is not acceptable. Then 50%. And keep the items. Or 100% and pay for shipping back to china! I haven't done anything with the pairs of boots that I paid 60$ for that are garbage basically. And I live in Wisconsin where it's cold and snowing. I wouldn't wear these in the summer much less in the winter because they are so cheap and thin made material. Gosh I don't think a homeless person would even wear them at this point!
Ordered three different tops based on the pictures provided. It seems that all of them were basically the very same style and material, somewhat disappointed with this, because I was really expecting something different. They were all the same size, but each one fits a little differently. Very thorough information related to products, but a little unclear about what size to get based on bust sizes.

The slipprrs were reasonably priced. The quality is good, however I ordered a size 7 1/2 per the size chart and received a size 39 which were too big.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
