I placed an order before Christmas knowing it would come a day or 2 after. Christmas came and went and never received a ship acknowledgement. I contacted them and they said "we are still working on it" okay I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Another week passes still no ship acknowledgement. Another email to them "we are still working on it" at that point I said cancel and refund me. They said it could take up to a week to 2 weeks to get the refund. It's been 3 weeks. This site is a scam.

First time willl see when delivered
You pay for what you buy. The quality of the merchandise is very bad. I would be afraid to wash it. IT would fall apart.
I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email. I am still waiting for the order to be delivered. I have no way of tracking the order. Wondering if I will receive it and when. I also tried to register but am unable to. I would not order from this company again.

I placed this order the 3rd of December and I realize that the holiday makes a lot of things. Evone delayed. However I did not receive these items for several weeks as a matter of fact a month later. I hope if I order again that it will come quicker.

Ok...at first it was a rocky start... but all my issues have been very much takin care of and very satisfied... great products and attentive to the customers needs... I will buy again.
I was so excited to order from here and I really took a chance with a $165.00 order just to be badly disappointed. The quality of the clothes are so cheap. Every single piece if got was the same exact thin cheaply made polyester type material. Even if the description says cotton or cotton blend, it's NOT. Nothing was cotton. It was all material that felt like those old vintage cheap Halloween costume material. And for them to say easy returns, no that is not true at all. I have been trying to start a return all day today. 27 messages later and all I got was an email offering me to keep the clothes and they will refund me 15% of my money. Ummm, no, I will pay for the shipping back to China because they have literally lied about everything. Save yourself a huge hassle and buy from a company that doesn't lie about their policies and that sell the actual clothes they list in their ads. What you get is definitely not what you see listed. This is one of the absolute worse companies I have ever dealt with.

Had been searching for these shoes online for quite a long time, and found Nora Cora had them had them in my size. They also were available in more than one color. So far I have ordered 4 pairs and enjoy every one.

Don't ever buy from Noracora! The two dresses I bought were supposed to be short (above the knees) and are past the knees (to shins). The material is not very good and looks like the design was printed on, so looks cheap! After reading other reviews, I'm going to have to take the hit as returning the merchandise seems more of a hassle than trying to get a refund! Never ordering from this company ever again! P.S. Had to give a 1-star rating otherwise couldn't submit this email!. If I could, I'd give them a -0 rating.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
