The clothes are of poor quality. They do not reveal on their website that if you want to return any clothes, that you have to pay to return them to China for a partial refund. Their customer service is slow responding to you by email and they keep trying to get you to keep the clothes and not return them, and get a small percentage refund of your original order. I do not recommend ordering from this site - poor quality clothes and inability to return them.

After checking return policy, I ordered 5 sweatshirts. I always wear XL, but these were huge, more like 2X, also the fabric was very cheesy compared to how it appeared on the website. When I contacted about returning I was told I would need to mail to China and pay shipping and customs fees myself. This had not been mentioned in their return policy At All! I was offered a 25% refund for keeping the items, which I took since I knew it would cost s fortune to ship to China, let alone customs charges. So I ended up getting a $27 refund for a $108 purchase. What a racket, to know nobody will decide to return items, so the quality can be as cheap as possible

So I ordered 6 items Dec. 22 last year. 4 items arrived early January, the two items since then never arrived. I kept e mailing them asking when it will arrived, they kept telling me it's being prepared for about a month now. I gave them a choice to refund me or give me a coupon equivalent to the two items. In my computation, it was 57.98 but to them it's 53.53. So ok, they said they will refund me instead. I just hope it will not take another month. Terrible!

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
