I was drawn in by the ads on Facebook of unique clothing and shoes. I was impressed with the prices and the wide selection of styles and design. I was not so impressed with the shipping time as I was surprised to discover that it was coming internationally. Most of what I ordered met my expectations but a few items were very small or not what was pictured online.

Fun, fun, fun! Lots of little shipments but it all arrived, and fairly quickly. Clothing sizes are weird and inconsistent but some products were nice.

I would hesitate to spend more time on your website. Even worse, When I finally could submit my order and received my order, almost all of it was unusable. The "leather" shoes were plastic, and the clothing was sized at least two sizes too small. When I requested a return authorization, I was told to wait up to 48 hours but never received one. I emailed you find out why and got no response. I finally disputed the charge with my credit card company, I am never buying from Noracora again.

When I requested to return the dress, due to it being unflattering, I received an email discouraging me from returning it - saying that I'd have to mail it to China, I'd have to pay, and that it could take a long time, and it was better that I just keep it, and they'd give me a 15% refund so I could have it altered it I wanted. Won't be purchasing from this company again.

A very easy purchase. Two nice and pretty and comfortable dresses.
I received two comfortable easy-to-wear dresses.
I've enjoyed wearing the clothes I ordered. They are pretty and stylish. Two out of 12 items didn't fit but returning to China is too costly. So I was given a small percent refund. You have to be super careful with size choice when ordering each item. The size numbers are different for each item.
I was looking for the 15% discount for signing up. But I am happy with the prices.
I ordered 2 XL shorts. They were labeled XL, however their measurements were more in line with a size 6. In addition 1 pair was not sewn together well and the waistband was detached in one area. I am currently trying to resolve the matter with Noracora. Their return policy does not accommodate errors on their part.

Third time I tried this company. Shame on me!
Ordered pants in 3x because they are so small. Added expedited postage and weeks later received a S.
Ten plus emails, always asking my order number as if they did not have it by now.
Were not willing to get me a pair in the correct size snd returns are impossible. Going to China.

Easy to use process, easy to checkout, sizing of Nora Cora items seemed to be in line with the sizing guide, but the other products I received that did not have Nora Cora tag on them were not in line and I am sending them back.

I was supposed to hear regarding return instructions within 48 hours. It has been over a week and I have heard nothing. The dresses I ordered were way too small and I need to return them. My experience with ordering before was great. But If I don't hear back I will never order again.
Quick and easy. My big toes hit the front and it's painful.
Problems with the screen not allowing me to submit my payment information. It took several attempts.
Some of the clothes are nice and some are very cheaply made and I'll fitting.
The screen froze several times which was frustrating. Other than that it was a good experience.
I placed my first and last order with NoraCora. Not only did I not receive my order but had to continually stay on them to get information. Last response was order was damaged. I was not offered a refund or replacement for items not received. Please do not be fooled like I was
