This was my first order from NoraCora. I had one item of clothing that was not my size. I have been having alot of difficulty completing their return processess. Not sure I will purchase from them again.
I have not ordered from NoraCora in some time, but I am looking forward to receiving the items I selected in my present order with you. I will be watching closely to see how long it takes to receive the items I requested in my order. I am hoping for a reasonable delivery time and that I will be very happy with the items I ordered.
Upon much skepticism I finally placed a large order & have received about half of it. Of the 1st part 2 pants, 1 Capri, 2 tops. All fit well, loved them all with exception to the top as in pic. I am no seamstress & maybe I got a one off of a likely measures, cut & sewn top that partially fits. I wanted to return but is literally impossible since it is China & more cost to ship than the cost of the item. They then offer 50% refund with proof of shipment. No logic in that. Wanted to leave a review of the product on site & am told they don't leave space for that. I then ask, where do the reviews come from on site? Does anyone know. The reason I prefer buying some clothes thru Amazon, no hassle return & refund. Dealing directly with Chinese companies can add up to a big loss out of your wallet. I will reserve further judgement until the rest of the order arrives. Until then, buyer beware, cheap prices aren't always all what they are cracked up to be. I do but plenty of quality designer clothes & I love the styles on these sites but will seriously rethink ordering again.
Once I placed my order my account was charged the amount. It took weeks for the product to arrive and until I contacted the company I was not informed that I had even placed an order, where it was coming from, or when I could expect it. Even after I got order confirmation it took weeks for them to deliver the order. Then, what I ordered was about half a size smaller than my normal shoe size, which is why I ordered on the larger side. The shoe's insert was loose and ill fitting (not cut to the right size of the shoe). You can be my email was inundated with advertisements to buy more. Not going to do it, ever, no matter how cute it appears.
Easy to view the items you're interested in and place an order. All items have arrived with the exception of one, and they told me there would be a delay, which I appreciate.
I have bought 6 different tops, two dresses and I just put in an order for 3 more tops. I love the way they fit and the quality of your products are excellent. They are comfortable and classy. I just love all the different styles as well. Thank you for selling great quality at reasonable prices.

The clothes are good quality. True to size. Mature but not grandmotherly. And the prices are very affordable. Clothing that allows me to dress like the superfly over 40 diva that I am!

I followed the return instructions on the order receipt that came with the merchandise and the instructions stated that I would get an email within 48 hours of my request informing where the merchandise should be returned to. After the 48 hours passed and I did not receive a return request confirmation, I emailed again and still have not received a response - this was over 10 days ago. I tried the chat but was told to hold on but the chat person never came back on - I attempted the chat option twice. I am still awaiting directions as to where I should return the items to. Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
