I made a order for the first time on this site. On March 24 and here it is April 15 and still nothing. No order updates nothing. No answers about my order. Just a run around. When ever I do receive this package. It shell be my first and last. Customer service is horrible. Maybe it's okay for some people but not me. I would like answers to where is my order. I don't want to hear I'll get back to you soon.

The dresses came. One wasn't flattering on me, and the other one was very thin fabric. It's not easy to return their clothes. They said to just keep them. I got a very small credit. I won't order from Noracora again. They should follow Zulily's policies. They never disappoint.
Its easy to shop, but in the past, it was not worth returning to change the size, because the shipping was more than then the garment. I am hoping that this experience is better and I will not have to return any of the garments, if they dont fit.

The fabric is cheap, & the clothing looks like someone tried to recreate clothing from a store. Everything fits poorly & is NOT what you see in the picture. I ordered a pair of sandals, & they are two sizes bigger than any of my other shoes that are the exact same size. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a rip off & a scam!

I got some wonderful clothes, accessories and shoes. All of the things I bought are extremely comfortable to wear and nice and casual chic! Awesomeness
I thought the dress I ordered would be perfect for an event that has now passed weeks ago! I kept looking forward to its arrival, thinking it would at least arrive to take with me on the week's vacation I'd planned recently, but that time has passed as well.
They took my money but I never receive merchandise.They even sent me email saying it was on the way.

The ordering process went smoothly, but when the items arrived, their actual colors were not what I had anticipated while viewing the photographs and making my selections. Two of the three tops I ordered fit fine, but the third top was much shorter than shown in the photo on the model. It was described as "tunic length", but it was no longer than the t-shirts I ordered. I tried on each of the items and none of their colors were complimentary to my complexion. I sent everything back, but will try again in the future.

Noracora and I have been very pleased with my purchases. The blouses and sweaters that I have purchased are stylish and well made. My best advice is to look at the size chart for every item you wish to purchase as their sizes are not what you would expect. User friendly website!
Very easy to order but the dress is way too long on me. I contacted Noracora and they want to give me 25% of cost of dress. That's $10.00 for a 45.00 dress.

Shopping was good. Shipping extremely slow. Tops were all same size ordered but not true to size.

Answer: My thanks to all commenters here. You just saved me from an expensive mistake!
Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
