Cute clothes. Many aren't suitable for 5ft tall women. Received order, sizing as far as fit was correct. The picture showed the white cotton slip over head dress much longer. It will work as a summer short nightie. Material is very thin. Other dress is ok. It fits, length ok, just looks cheap. Will work for around house and run to grocery store.
I am very disappointed in your product and can get no help with returning. I also have a delayed product I want to cancel. PLEASE HELP
Shopping was easy and the pictures of the products were gorgeous. When I got my dresses the material was like shiny shower curtain material. It was awful! They were so ugly not at all what the pictures looked like.

Some of the clothes were totally not as advertised, but everything was way too big, and b/c returns have to go to China, it was too expensive to return everything for sizes that actually fit so I spent all that money just (between the my two orders) to have nothing to show for it. Ordered size med going by their sizing guide which would be size 10. Dresses way too big, probably equivalent to a size 14. Their distribution center is in China, way too expensive to send vack so have had to pay yo get them taken in.

Everything was so beautiful it was hard to just choose a few things but I will be ordering more. The check out process was a piece of cake.
I love all the options! I had to empty my cart because I was spending so much! Can't wait to see my stuff! I did receive my order but sizes ran smaller. I ordered larger sizes but it didn't matter. Some shirts that I thought would be colorful were dull in color.
NoraCora.com is the WORST online shopping experience I have ever had! The clothes looked very pretty and figure-flattering on the website, but when I received the 5 tops I ordered, they were enormous and fit like potato sacks. They were not tapered at the waistline, like in the photos on their website. The necklace I received was so cheaply made, I wouldn't even give it to a child. But that's not even the worst part. My attempt at a return and refund has been a 6 month ordeal.
On September 3,2022 I ordered $99.99 worth of clothes so I would get free shipping. I received some items on September 15th and the remaining items on October 2nd. I decided to keep 1 baggy top to wear around the house, and to return the other 4.
When I contacted them to request a return shipping label, they informed me I would have to return the items to Guangzhou, China and pay for shipping and customs fees which could be very expensive, so they offered me a 15% refund. I said NO. They then offered me a 25% refund. I still said NO. So, they emailed me the return shipping label.
On October 14,2022 I paid USPS $44.75 in shipping and customs fees to return the items and for the last 6 months I have been tracking the package. The package arrived in Beijing China on Oct 22nd and made its way to Guangzhou on November 5th where it was "Held in Customs". It remained in this "Held in Customs" status in Guangzhou for months. As of Feb 25,2023 - the last time I checked the USPS tracking online – it said "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment", which didn't make any sense to me.
Now, on April 12,2023 I received the package in MY mailbox in Arizona with "Overdue Customs Declaration" stamped on it. I'm not sure exactly what that means, other than that now, 6 months later and $145 wasted, I am stuck with ugly, cheap, potato sack clothing that I don't want. I will never do business with this company again!

DONT DO IT! Bought 9 tops! 2 fit, others were oversized by about 3 sizes and were gauze material (gave to a friend)…1 was a short sleeve top (they also sold it as a long sleeve). My short sleeve version was the long sleeve with the sleeves LITERALLY sliced off! No hiding this fact! The edges were not hemmed, strings looses from the seams! CANNOT RETURN ANYTHING! They offer you 15% cash back of what you paid to keep the clothes! I just kept pushing and got it down to 40%. Lost money and only can/will be able to wear 1 of the 9!

I ordered the items many weeks ago and I still haven't received them
The only problem I had is the size, which ran too small. I love the design of the blouse, the colors and style. The prices are exceptional. It took a long time to arrive.
It was very easy to order. Hard to return. The models must be very tall.

Clothes are very cute, quality is good for most items I've purchased, but the shipping cost is expensive. You charge 1/2 of the total purchase price (order total 100$ = 50$ shipping) you have to do better than that!

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
