The red coat I ordered came not sewn correctly at the seam. Had to take it for repair before I could wear it. Not what I expected when I ordered. Too difficult to return.

I appreciate the online support, communication with the emails is very important, always responded quickly.

After receiving my merchandise I tried several times to contact Noracora to return it. It was way too big on me. I sent several return requests and emails. No response. I sent it back to the address on the package and stopped payment on my credit card. Will never shop with Noracora again!

Great merchandise. I just wish they ran in a true size and not run on the big size… making them useless.

My whole order was wrong ordered mediums and larges were sent Shoes did not fit and were not like the pics on the web. They kept telling me wait another 2 or 3 days and your web site kept trying to sell things for Christmas and you could not even get mine to me in over a month

Nice big selection of tops to choose from. Only thing is, I think I'm still missing one of the tops I ordered. It was a multi color top. I received one I'm not so sure I did order. Black white and gold, big question on me ordering that one, not really my style.

I spent an hour choosing items (which were nice when I saw them), but discounts were not accurate. I emailed customer service but have not received the refunds they promised

First time buyer. Took over 2 weeks to receive. Photo was NOT what I received; the fabric was a cheap representation of something similar, but not high-end looking like their photo. Not fitting, either, like their photo. Their site said Cotton/poly blend, yet the tag says 100% cotton.? NO consistency is the bottom line. Won't buy again from NoraCora. Cost is too much to return. JUST WANTED WHAT WAS IN PHOTO!

Thought I was on Macys, and it says Nora Nora. Wish I had been on Macys. Sweater too small and I ordered a size larger than normal.

First, it took a full month before my order arrived and no way to track shipment. I thought the item I ordered was made out of the usual sweatshirt material, but it's a shiny polyester. It's ok, but I don't think I would order another item.

Arrived early - most things as described- sweater was longer and larger than anticipated- I thought cat leggings would be a knit material but are a non breathable material

Easy and beautiful items. I am use to clothes online fitting small so ordered large and they are big. Will be returning.

Tons of variety-great pricing - research indicates this is a safe website to shop on. Will see the quality upon receipt of order.

Upon receipt of items I was most disappointed only A couple of items do I plan To keep. Some of shirts must have been edited in photos because the fabrics were not at all the soft sweatery look depicted in the photos. Also, many of them fit as if they were made for male referees.

While shopping, if I stopped to look at an item it would take me back to the start. Maybe make it pages so it doesn't make us mad about the 3rd time it does it and I quit looking. Shipping was slower than expected and not track friendly.
