The clothes look so beautiful in the pictures. The material is different than it looks. One outfit was pretty ok. The other was a silky material rather than sweatshirt material. The cat shirt was so large you could make a quilt out if it. It has become the family Christmas present joke!

Good quality clothes. I was expecting the leggings to be of thicker material.
The experience was quick and easy. I was not satisfied with my order as what I ordered was not what I received. The pictures shown of the products I ordered did not match what was received. When I reported this to Noracora, I received an email giving me 10 percent off my next order. No other offer to correct the problem was offered. I will not be using their website or company for any other orders.

I received a pair of boots thatI ordered months ago. There was no shipping label and no name on the USPS label. Turns out they came from an importers warehouse, that doesn't answer phone calls. Checking my credit card revealed there is an ambiguous transaction, that was too old to deal with. The boots came with parts missing(loops for a strap, but no strap), not suede, and glue smeared on the material. They have great pictures, but their products scream "Chinese sub par Crap". I will be looking for my review to be published, but I am afraid only good reviews are getting through. 4+stars is a stretch!

Your website is difficult to navigate.
I placed an on November 14, and it is December 22, and I have not received my order. It took them nearly a month to respond to me. And the response is poorly. I would never order from them again I have ordered things further away from them and already received them. They get no stars. Worst company I've ever ran into. They need to go out of business, I had to give them one star to be able to submit my review

Liked the product but too long to get it was way over a month and no way to check when it was shipped
Poor website & very slow on communicating.
I just want this experience to be done, never had to deal with such slow service.
The "fit" of the clothes should be advertised, like this runs small or large. I usually wear a medium but the fit is too tight. I'm attempting to get the return label but I haven't yet received the email. So I am very frustated and will probably not order from Noracora again because returns are impossible!
The shopping is so easy and there is so much to choose from I just couldn't decide at first and the garments all look so fantastic and the tpayment process was so easy too

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
