I ordered a pair of Blue Hollow Button Denim Sandal boots. It has been a month still haven't arrived.
Every time i email customer service they tell me that it is going to be another 10 to 15days.
I am very disappointed and will not be ordering from this website ever again.
The quality of the items I ordered were good to very good. Sizing was not consistent. Some larges way big, some fine. Mediums mostly were good. But I was not aware the shipping was coming from overseas. Way too long. I won't order again only because of that.
I hope the quality is good on these items. New customer and like what I see. Could not find your return policy so I hope these things all fit.

Shipping was a little high. Almost everything was too big. Didn't care for the fabric on most items and when I tried to return! The hassle was frustrating, I gave up and said I keep the merchandise, give it away and never order again.

Good delivery but disappointed in the product. Very light fabric.
There's plenty to choose from. I love the clearance inventory.
I ordered two items on April 16…by the time I left for vacation on April 27, neither had arrived. One finally came early May…it is now May 19 and I've still not received the second (and shipping isn't free!).
It was great! The items were very close to how they were in pictures on the site.
Beside the fact that it takes awhile to get and you may not get your whole order all at once, I just love this website. The clothes are so colorful. They look just like the picture on their site. I really don't see that many clothes that I like. I shop at places like Marshalls. Their clothes are reminding me of the stuff you see at Goodwill. I found so many dresses that I really loved on Noracora.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
