I tried to order this pair of sneakers for about 2 weeks. It took such a long time because the website could not process the order, then had issues with payment (I used PayPal).
I contacted CS twice and the 1st time, they said they will check and responded with the issue quite quickly. The second, Brian, seriously an angel of a CS rep. If Nike.com had to give employee of the year, should be him. He was extremely patient, and even though the website was not the greatest, he tried to process the order any way. When he tried a few times, and the website failed to work, he gave a small discount code for my purchase when the website could be up and running again. Not only did he solve my issue but also was quite friendly right from the beginning. This CS rep made me return to Nike.com for another order.
They send the wrong shoes and charged me for the delivery*2. Bad experience all the way. Awful service all the way. Stay away!
I bought 3 items from Nike.com I got an order confirmation, for all 3 items. I paid extra for 2 day shipping since it was for a gift. I received 2 of the items and the third is still missing with no tracking information. I contacted Nike on Friday asking them to give me an update since I needed the product before Saturday and was told twice a Nike Elite member would contact me directly. I still have no item, I have had not contact with Nike and when I contacted Nike again, I was told a Nike Elite member would contact me. I have no leggings, no help finding them, no response from any NIke Elite Team Member, and no refund. I would give them 0 stars if that would have been an option
I started calling Nike about 6 months ago (June 2017), it was one number after another and of course everyone I spoke with said they were sorry for the inconvenience I was experiencing...
On October 31,2017 (after four months of attempting to report the separation of my ALL STAR - Converse soles from the rubber trim), I reached Leslie who took all my information and sent it to "the right department". Eventually a "Greg" called. After they claimed not to have any of the colour choices I asked for - including the colour of the defective shoes of course) Greg was prepared to replace mine with another style. I asked for a few days to see them at a store before making my decision and he accepted.
Within the week I called back to confirm the pair I wanted but received no reply yet again. Several weeks later some guy named "Kev" called to say "Long story short, Greg is no longer with us". I found this Kev guy quite offensive as he denigrated the previous employees work ethic while telling me he would not honour the previous employees promise to replace the shoes with another style. He also claimed the exact replacements for my defective shoes had been shipped "as we speak" - about three weeks ago. I have not received a confirmation of them being shipped and no shipping confirmation from the shipping company either.
Not happy at all with the way Nike/Converse "services" their clients.
I wont be buying Nike or Converse products again as a result.

-I've been sent to a store that "had the shoes on hold for me by a manager named Lincoln." Glad I called the store although I was already halfway there didn't even have the shoes in stock and no manager named Lincoln. Unfortunate the Nike employees weren't even capable of calling a store and directing me there.
-I originally ordered these shoes on black Friday looked to exchange them for a different size... got an email after the exchange that they didn't even have the size I wanted in stock and they had refunded me my money. Would have been nice to know they were out of stock when I spoke to customer service the 1st time that they didn't have what I wanted.
-And after all of this all they want to offer me is 20% my purchase? That wouldn't even cover the gas I spent going to the wrong location during Christmas traffic.
I have never written a poor review for any company in my life, knowing that it wasn't worth it but believe me when I say I will NEVER shop from Nike again with the way they have treated me with inconsistency and incompetence.
I ordered a custom pair of huaraches. The trimming on the fabric looks like I. T was seen together by a high school class. Trimming is white all around the edges. The shoe is predominantly blue. Colors are true to what I chose. Its just poorly put together... Im so disappointed. Dont think Ill be ordering NikeiD again

After many years of being loyal Nike customers, we have just bought the last product we will ever buy from them. It's not just that the product is defective, more importantly, Nike NZ does not have a phone number and they do not respond to emails- we have posted the shoes to them nearly a month ago and no response- absolutely terrible service and not sure we will even get our shoes back. Contacted Nike.com and told there is nothing they can do re; Nike NZ- obviously not interested in protecting their brand worldwide either
I bought these shoes to wear to work (in a hospital). The lettering on the back lasted two weeks, and after 3 months the tread on the bottom of the shoe is literally peeling off! I received a ton of compliments, but here I am buying a new pair of shoes 3 months later- not happy.
After using a coupon that expired a few days from when I was testing it out before purchase I tried it again 12 hrs before purchase on the 13th. The coupon didn't work so I did a live *******@7am on the 15th to see if it can be fix and if I can get a new promo. If I'm not mistaking her name was Angelica and she gave me a hard time by having a small argument then said she will finally help me. She asked for the items and I asked her to wait as I went back to my cart on my phone in a different tab that it was located on. She decided to disconnect me within one minute making me not want to continue ordering from Nike because of the bad customer service, but instead I called in and Ashley helped me over the phone. When I told her I tried live chat but the lady disconnect after an disagreement she changed the subject instead of following through with my report or connect me with someone higher to let them know. This was the first time this happened after being a Nike customer for years. I will continue ordering but their stars have drop from 5 to 4.5, hopefully it never reach 3.
My order EO******* has been canceled after five day's they explain that they have a bug on online store with wrong price. They gave me a coupon for 15% discount (haha). I have to wait for a refund another week or two. This company is very unprofessional.
It took them five days to figure out something was wrong and they canceld my order. After that they have proposed me a discount that is worse than the standard promotions that they set for everyone.
I never again buy Nike products on their online store or anywhere else. Luckily there are similar or better products from other companies at even better prices and certainly with normal service.
The only reason I ordered from NIKE.com was because I had 2 gift certificates and do not live near a Nike store. I ordered a size 10.5 in a particular shoe and received an 11.5 in a totally different shoe. The box did not come with a return label because, you are not supposed to be able to return anything if you use gift cards. I don't understand that because it should not matter if you use gift cards or not. I called customer service after many minutes she sends me an email to print off a return label. When I clicked on the link it does not work and she send me another email with a link and an adobe download that is old and not compatible with my computer. Now she has to mail me the label. I would just cancel altogether but I want to use the gift certificates. She also told me the name of the wrong shoes that were delivered, I have no idea how she knew. And if she knew should that flag that they are not the right item being sent?

Cancelled my order and never emailed or called. Figured it out when the I asked the recipient if they like the gift 3 days after it was supposed to arrive. Had to call 2 times to get the story from NIKE.com and try to reorder, at which point the two items I wanted were out of stock. After staying on hold for 20 minutes while "they documented the issue" they offered me codes for 10% off and free shipping... Whoo hoo, $5.00 on a $50 item for my trouble. And my dad did not get a fathers day present.
It took 3 months for my shoes to finally arrive! I just got them today after the long wait i was slightly disappointed by shoes that looked like they've been worn already due to minor creases and gray marks on the midsoles. (the marks cave off with nail polish remover) i shouldnt have to clean my shoes right when they come out of the boc
Took 1.5 months for the shoes to arrive and were the wrong colors. Now apparently it will take two weeks for them to "consider a refund". Wouldn't put myself through the hassle again
Exchange a pair of sneakers, package receive 5 days later. Contacted customer service on 3 separate occasions, was told I would receive a email confirmation with tracking number. 8 days later was told the same again, canceled order and asked for full refund. I just hope it does not take another 8 days for that to be accomplished. WOW!
