Ordered customized Jerseys for a game one week in advance. The site says ships in 3 business days and of course it did not! I orderded and paid for overnight shipping to give it a few days buffer. I live in Colorado and called Monday to verify and they said it should ship that day. It did not! Called Tuesday and they said they would deliver to my hotel in San Diego. I check the tracking and it is headed to Colorado. Now they are redirecting it to my hotel but can not guarantee it will be there in time. This is a contractor for the NFL and should not be! We pay a premium price and as consumers we expect a high level of service, at least do what you say you are going to do! VERY DISAPPOINTED! From now on I will order from a third party that has access to Nike directly! This contract is a joke and makes the NFL look really bad!

WORST ALL AROUND SERVICE EVER. Close out your browser on nflshop.com NOW, and use ANY other place to buy your jersey, hat, t-shirt, socks, whatever.
1 - I ordered a jersey. They sent the wrong one.
2 - They were supposed to next day Friday deliver the correct jersey. It never came.
3 - They were supposed to Saturday deliver. It never came.
4 - They were going to overnight deliver for Tuesday. They shipped to the wrong address.
5 - They had Fedex p/u and overnight to the right address. It showed up.
IT WAS THE WRONG JERSEY AGAIN.
So much for "red-flagging" the order for someone to manually pull the right jersey at the warehouse.
6 - They offered to ship the "right" jersey... how can you not laugh? Their "red-flag system" between CS and the warehouse is non-existent.
It's going to be a miracle if a "Supervisor" or their "Supervisor" can actually send the right jersey.

Well this is my first time order in from nflshop.com... order the 49ers NFC championship hat and shirt. Tracking say it will be here on Friday. If I do t receive it by then I'll be back lol
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I ordered two hats on 06/10/13 for father's day and even paid for expedited delivery. I received an e-mail telling my order should be to DELIVERED "ON OR BEFORE JUNE 13,2013". Today is the 14th of June and I called first thing this morning and was advised that it has NOT even left the warehouse. When inquired of them why I did not receive an e-mail advising me of this the person answering the phone had no answer. All she told me was that she would put in a "REQUEST" to cancel my order. I advised this is not a "request" but rather a demand. I was given a inquiry #. When I finish typing this I am calling my credit card company with regard to cancellation of this order. NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE DEFINITELY NOT RELIABLE IF TIME IS AN ISSUE EVEN IF YOU PAY FOR EXPEDITED $15.99 FED EX SECOND DAY!
So we ordered several items back in Febuary after waiting and waiting only one item was recieved took 3 calls to to be told oh yeah, sorry those items are no longer available. Great so now what... well they said here is a refund plus something for all the inconvienence. So we recieve an email for gift certificate for 100 only its not really 100 its only 24.95 not even enough to cover the 75 in missing merchandise. So multiple calls and promises later I am now told. This is all we will are willing to give you. 2 months and countless time wasted talking to them for nothing, cant even get the full refund of merchandise never recieved. Forget NFLSHOP.COM I will never ever ever purchase from them again! I sure hope this steers others away from them as well, as my research shows not just my bad experience but countless others who have been done wrong!
Ordered a 2X (largest womens size) for my wife for christmas. Went over like a lead life jacket. It might fit a teen age girl. She wears 2x mens shirts and they fit but I thought the womens cut might be a better fit. She was finally out of the house so I could try and return/swap it but over 60 days had passed. No swapping and no returns.
Horrible experience. Hope you get the right item the first time because their customer service staff is the worst I've ever dealt with, they do nothing to try and help you. I ordered a customized shirt and it was shipped in the wrong size. They told me they would expitite my order 4 days ago. The order still has not even been processed. It will not come in time for the party.
I bought a Washington redskins t-shirt from this site and after calling numerous times about I finally asked to talk to a supervisor they said no supervisor was available and that they would have one call me. Of course I never got a call so finally after six weeks they tell me the order has been cancled and now I am fighting with them because they won't refund my money. The whole process is a complete joke would never EVER try this website again the worst experience I have ever had trying to order something

They do not offer exchanges at all! The "credit" after money is deducted gets sent to the person who placed the order.
Folks, Save yourself the stress and anxiety! NFLSHOP.COM is a brand that one should but CAN'T trust. They sucker you to do the 2 day shipping for a premium price, and then say the item is on backorder or some other lame excuse. I had to call them 8 times, each explanation (excuse) different. It is sad they have the NFL as part of the company's name. I would never ever do business with NFL.com even if they paid me. I am now trying to find a jersey for my daughter a day before a planned event. They flat out do not care. Do not patronize them period.
I ordered a Jersey on my son on Sunday, paid for 2 day shipping hoping to get it to him on his birthday - 6 days later.
Tuesday I get an email that it is shipped and it will arrive in 7 days (which would be 9 days total).
I call and they explain that their warehouse doesn't get the orders for 2 days, and that because the particular non custom jersey was in a warehouse that does custom Jerseys, that it could not be shipped 2 days. They give me $14 off my order.
So I guess I'll put a picture of his present in his birthday card? Ya, that would be a good idea their customer service rep responds...
I had to return a sweatshirt because the sizing was terribly small. I tracked my return and can see that they received it on Jan. 8th. Today is the 22nd and I still have not gotten my money back! In this digital age it should not take this long to get a refund!
Prices are everything you would expect from the NFL's official namesake merchandise seller. Not cheap.
The selection of stuff you can get is okay, but there are others where you can get your favorite team's couch, recliner, pajamas, bed sheets and slippers for those critical playoff days. But not at this site.
Reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because I'm not happy that you can't have them customize authentic jerseys of certain players, mostly retired players jerseys. However I just went and was able to preview Mark Duper 85, Mark Clayton 83, Jason Taylor 99, Zach Thomas 54, and John Offerdahl 56 jerseys, but I was unable to reproduce a Dan Marino 13.
They charge $150 per customized jersey. I think if I'm playing that kind of money for an Alfred Morris, or RGIII jersey (currently playing) for $100, I should also be able to customize a Joe Montana, or John Elway jersey for the extra $50 they charge for customization.

My husband ordered me a custom jersey after our wedding, which was 6+ moths ago. First they sent us a jersey with the wrong last name. Now 6 months later they are just now billing our account, saying the last charge we had seen was a authorization but they never fully charged us. I find it extremely ridiculous and refuse to ever order from them again. But whatever, go Niners!
Paid for 2 day shipping but have yet to receive a jersey order 9 days later. Have complained but no response. Automated customer service line only, probably because they get too many complaints. If my credit card is charged for 2 day shipping I will be reporting them to the BBB.
Absolutely worst experience. I placed an order on December 21st, requesting priority overnight delivery. Today is January 4th, and I still do not have the item! I have spoken to Customer Service 3 times and have gotten the same answer. They are requesting information from the warehouse. The item "has been located" is what is listed on the website. It seems that customer service can't get any kind of appropriate answer, and the warehouse can take their sweet time in responding. Never - Never order from here.
Today I'm not happy about NFLshop. I ordered a couple Redskins East Divisision Shirts in hopes of having them by Sundays game. I was able to make the purchase and then later in the day got an emails saying they didn't actually have them in yet. Why couldn't they tell me this when I was buying them? I feel let down!
I "pre-ordered" the new nike Jersey and a customized plague for my boyfriend's birthday. I knew the customized plague would be late; however, the Jersey said it would ship 24 hours within being released. I wanted him to be one of the first with the new Jerseys. I am extremely disappointed and upset that the local sporting goods chains have recieved the jerseys and my order hasn't even left the warehouse. What is the point of pre-ordering the jersey if I can go to the local sporting goods store and purchase the item(and not have to pay shipping) faster? I have bought items from NFLshop.com before, but I will NEVER again!
Horrible! I ordered a sticker set that was described to come with 354 stickers. I received 140 stickers and no packing slip to return the product. I contacted customer service and they spent more time explaining to me how busy they were at the holiday season than it would have taked to fix my issue. Needless to say, I never got any resolve and was scammed. I would be very careful giving this company any money. They are not trustworthy.

Answer: There seems to be a spoof site out there you might want to look into. My friend bought a jersey from what she thought was nflshop.com when really it was nflshop-pro.com which is a bogus site.
