Here are a few reviews of the last couple of months, add mine to the list. I placed the order specifically for a shirt, then added a few smaller items to my cart. A couple things weren't available when I tried to order, no problem, I still have a few. However, a couple days later I get an email saying 2 items have been canceled, of course, one being the shirt which was the reason for my whole order for in the first place. The email says these items are being canceled and X amount of dollars will be taken off your order. HOWEVER, not only do they NOT credit you appropriately and remove the full amount, they charge you the full amount, then when you contact them, they LIE and tell you they have refunded your money. If you go above the rep's head who outright lies to, then the rep writes you back LIKE YOU'RE STUPID AND MISUNDERSTOOD and tells you they'll refund it within 10 days! So they PURPOSELY take your money for items they have no intention of shipping to you and hope you don't notice you're being ripped off!

Anyone looking for NFL merchandise, HSN has great prices. If you saw something that says it's at NFLshop.com, FYI I have found several of the same items on Amazon and ebay, as well as other websites.

I ordered a hoodie and hat for my boyfriend on December 8th and it just arrived today at 12:34 by UPS. The Landmark Global tracking was bang on! Great product and timing exceeded my expectations. Thank you nflshop.com.

I ordered a package on black Friday and ever since have been getting the run around about why my package is Now being sent back to sender. I receive ups. & fed ex every day and now no one knows exactly where my package is, and or why it was sent back. Then when they finally do receive my Mother and Fathers gifts. I wont be credited for another 10 business days. Currently on the phone with the Usps on hold for over 10 minutes and still no answer to my question. I just want to know Why didn't I receive my package?

I will not ever order from NFL Shop again. I ordered four jerseys on a 25% off promotion, all of which were in stock according to the website (One woman's jersey and three men's jerseys). Two days later I receive an email that my order was delayed without an explanation. I called and the customer service rep told me she would put in an inquiry. The next day they shipped one of the jerseys per an email sent to me. After contacting them again I learned they cancelled my order for the other three since they were out of stock and charged me full price for the one jersey they shipped. No communication at all and then charge full price.

WORST experience I've EVER had online shopping! I would NOT reccommend shopping through NFL.com. There was an error they refused to inform me about with my product shipping. It was cancelled due to "change of mind" when I NEVER canceled my shipment. It was a birthday present for my boyfriend and I was only refunded 1.69$ for an item I paid 30$ for. I was sent emails from them asking to review a product I never received and was apparently "cancelled". They have zero knowledge about their customers or products. However the lady who i talked to through customer service was very helpful.

As a loyal customer to the NFL Shop, I gladly volunteered to order our co-worker his going away gift. We wanted to get him something that was memorable and what better gift than a customized jersey with his name! I placed his order on a Friday afternoon and selected the 2 day shipping option for $12.95, thinking that this would make it in time for his farewell dinner. After carefully reviewing my confirmation email, I was sure to pay special attention to the shipping date... in big BOLD RED writing it stated that this item would ship in 3 business day. I checked the status of my order today (which mind you is 5 days later & NO JERSEY) to find that my order had been cancelled (no explanation was given on why it was cancelled) and that my money was in the process of being refunded in 10 business days! This email was sent today, did I mention that it's 5 days after I had placed the original order and it was supposed to be shipped in 3... Upon calling customer service, who was no help by the way, I was graciously informed that there was NOTHING that they could do... They had cancelled my order and didn't even have the courtesy to follow up to make sure I... 1.) I recieved the email, 2.) explain why they cancelled and 3.) see if I would like to place another order... what company does that! The customer service representative did nothing to accomodate us ( my co-workers & I) No accomodations were made to help us aquire a new gift, no waiving of the shipping fee, and no expedited shipping... They informed me that it would take up to 5 days to make the jersey and another 3 days to ship. I ended up reordering the jersey. It now has to be shipped to our co-worker's new home (which is another state). We are having a farewell dinner and we have no gift to give, how sad will that be! Thank You, NFL SHOP...

I got my boyfriend a limited alternate Jersey. I wanted to pay the extra money for the quality of course and was hesitant at first but glad I did it. What a difference and it shipped the next business day and got the Jersey 3 days later. Not bad BUT they packed it like I ordered a $5 t shirt from walmart or something. I paid over $150 and they folded it in half... they folded the numbers in half! I live in an apartment and the mail lady stuffed it in our mailbox. I have not been able to get the kinks out but he loves it! HEY NFL SHOP IF WE ALL PAY THE EXTRA MONEY TO GET A BETTER QUAILITY ITEM! PUT IT IN A BOX!

ORDERED A CUSTOM JERSEY FOR MY SON. I ORDERED IT USING THE SIZING CHART ON THEIR WEBSITE. WHEN IT CAME IN, IT WAS TOO SMALL. I MEASURED THE JERSEY AND IT WAS 1 INCH OFF THEIR WEBSITE SIZE CHART. CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID THEY WOULD NOT EXCHANGE IT AND EVEN ADMITTED THAT THEIR JERSEYS RUN SMALL AND WOULD NOT EXCHANGE IT. THEY CLAIM 100% SATISFACTION. REALLY! NOW I HAVE A JERSEY THAT DOESN'T FIT.

I pre-ordered a Jay Cutler Chicago Bears jersey on the 12th August which was due to be released on the 15th August and also paid for one day delivery. It has now been over 3 weeks since it was due to be released. It is getting to be a joke now waiting for my delivery. I for one will defiantly not be using this service ever again.

7-10 days for shipping huh?! Been three weeks still have yet to receive my items. Need to get a hold of someone there to find out why your stuff isn't here? Good luck! Do yourself a favor and buy off Amazon or eBay. Better selection and individual sellers rely on good feedback from customers so they are more likely to get you your stuff in a timely manner. I just hope I get what I ordered because I'm sure returning an item will be an even bigger pain. I will NEVER shop at nflshop.com again!

I am so friggin' PISSED! NFL Shop.com showed their online gift cards get sent out within a few hours. Yesterday morning for fathers day, I order one to be sent via email. After I place the order and pay, it states it could take up to 24 hours to be sent via email. So more than 24 hours go by and I still don't get the promised confirmation email that the egift card has been sent to the gift recipient. I check the order status to see that the IDIOTS mailed it to my billing address!? So now I have to wait for it to get here then ship it out to another state for the gift recipient.

Ordered a custom Indiana Colts shirt for my sons 16th birthday on 04/03/14. Payment was taken from my account within a couple of days but still no shirt! Have phoned and emailed numerous times and have never had a response. Why aren't Trading Standards or some similar organization not investigating these Cowboys?

I ordered suberbowl champion tee's and a pennant, and a lg banner. I didn't get my pennant. They came weeks late. And they sent a flag instead of the banner i ordered. I called nflshop. They didn't care wht i went through. They got there money, so i guess it all worked out for them. I will never order from them again. I'm spreading the word. Stay away from nflshop, and fanatics.com. Or you maybe sorry. GO HAWKS!

I ordered three Seahawks nfc champs shirts on 1/20/2014. I got two of the shirts two weeks later and I am still waiting on the 3rd shirt. I have emailed them at least 5 times and every time I get the same response. The last on said they had a problem getting the shirt in stock. But they said it would be shipped on before 2/18/2014 and as of today it still hasn't been shipped out. I cant get ahold of a real person to get this taken care of. I am never buying from them again.

I ordered a jersey (Doug Baldwin #89). Little did i know, i accidentally selected the Pro Line Jersey instead of the Nike Jersey. Upon receiving the item, there was a snag on the jersey. I immediate put the return label on the package and gave the package back to the post office. It took almost 2 weeks for the nfl shop to receive the item back. Now they're telling me to waiting another 7-10 to be reimbursed! WTF! My credit card payment is next week and my bank statement is still counting this as a purchase! You are better off buying the jersey in person.

I AM Not happy with NFL Shop's SERVICE at ALL! I placed an order on Feb 4th and its still not here. One of their customer service reps transferred me to someone who hung up the phone before I spoke. HORRIBLE SERVICE! AND I STILL HAVE NO MERCHANDISE! NEVER AGAIN! BUYERS BEWARE... ORDER IF YOU DON'T CARE HOW LONG IT TAKES! I WISH IS COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE STAR!

Ordered a Seahawks SuperBowl beanie off of Amazon thru this site on Jan 20th and it took me till February 6th to find out it was lost. No explanation and no compensation! Ruined my opportunity to express camaraderie while my team was winning. Could of/should of just went to local sports store and bought one, but wanted to give opportunity to nflshop.com earn my business. They do not seem interested in that and thankfully gave me back a full refund. Do not give this company a second thought, you won't save time or $$ with them, just a chance for them to hold on to your $$ and collect interest. Very surprised that with a title that has NFL in it, that a company can be so inconsiderate. Looking forward to getting my gear from some other company.

Wow I can t believe all the common reviews I just read, wish I saw these before I purchased. I'm still waiting on an order from January which they decided to randomly cancel... only offered me $10 off my over $300 order... Really? This was supposed to be a gift and it's become a huge disappointment. I unfortunately will never order from them again
