The ordeal I went through with these guys would fill a book! They guaranteed a shipping date, then after that passed, cancelled the order because the item won't ship in time! Okay, I spoke to them, they weren't very helpful, but I ordered a different item and asked for the expedited free shipping they promised. They expedited it by placing it in an "overnight" shipment with FedEx. Who will not deliver it in even 2 day shipping days because of the discount on the price! After a lengthy discussion with fed ex, I found out that they don't actually ship next day for nflshop due to price! So I called, and after an hour on hold was offered a discount on the item, and the refund given was less than what was promised! They are getting all of this stuff back, with a demand for full refund. I'd rather buy from an honest merchant!
We are Seattle Seahawks fans and ordered over $200 worth of shirts and hats immediately after the Conference Championship Game. It has been 10 days, and we have received 4 hats! None of the 7 shirts have arrived. One item (scheduled to ship in 2-4 days) has yet to be shipped. We called and the rep. Said, "I am so sorry, your order got bumped... yada, yada, yada". I could have purchased all of the items at the local Sports Authority the day after the game! They have terrible customer service. Do not get involved with this online merchant. It has been a lesson in frustration!
Ordered Women's Seahawks shirt ******* on Sunday 26th. NFLShop.com website said shirt would ship latest Tuesday 28th. I paid for next-day shipping to ensure I would have it for my daughters birthday on the 30th. Product did not ship on Tuesday, I called customer service and she said it would for sure ship Wednesday. Again product didn't ship Wednesday and this time Brice in customer service said he could not tell me when it would ship. He would not transfer me to a supervisor, give me a supervisor name, tell me the name of his employer or even the city of origin. I have no answer and no Seahawks shirt to give my daughter tomorrow.
Although their customer service agents are pleasant they are not equipped to provide any service. The company processing this order is damaging the reputation of the NFL brand!
Horrible quality. I ordered a Broncos AFC Championship Hoodie and it was printed off center and crooked. And I'm not convinced it's the right color orange. I ordered a Navy Manning Super Bowl Jersey - same issue "Manning" was crooked and off center and the "18" on front and back were the same. I will never order anything from this website again. CRAP TOTAL CRAP! Apparell seems fine but the shipping is CRAP! Ordered to Jerseys 2 weeks before the super bowl. 1 was shipped a day later and took 7 DAYS to arrive on the slow boat from BFE. The other was not ready and was going to ship no later than 8 days after my order. The Super Bowl is on 2-2-14 and my Jersey will not arrive until 2-3-14. WTH! Why did I spend 120 + dollars for something that I probably will not use until next football season!

No question, This site and company are a COMPLETE SCAM. They have all sorts of merchandise supposedly ready to ship in 3 days, or will gladly take your $30 for shipping next business day, when in fact, they are special order items made to order. I ordered 2 jerseys on Dec. 17th. For the next two weeks told they would ship in a couple of days. I had paid the expedited $30 charge. These folks WILL ALWAYS SAY WHATEVER IT TAKES TO GET YOU OFF THE PHONE. It is SAD that the NFL allows them to use the name. Must be lowest bidder. I cancelled my order when a supervisor finally admitted to me that the order would be several more weeks. The whole time i was waiting, the items continued to show "In-Stock" ships in 3 days on the website. Even though they have no inventory. You call in, wait on hold for 30 to 40 minutes, all along an obnoxious recording keeps encouraging you to go online to thier help desk. If you do that, the only response you will get is a copy of your order. I had to threaten legal action and notifying better business bureau before they started telling me the truth. This company is teh lowest of the low. Thier entire business model is predicated on lies and false promises. RUN from this company. DO NOT waste your time.
1/2/14- Ordered jersey in a size XL around 5:30 PM CST. Around 8:00 PM CST that same night I changed it to a size large. Received return email at 9:05 PM from Ja'Corley stating that they were investigating this matter and someone would be in contact in 3-5 business days.
1/3/14- Received email that the change had been made from an XL to an L and received a new order number. I had also called that morning and spoke to someone who was very rude and I failed to get her name.
From 1/3/14 to present it shows in "New" status on the website. I read 60 horror stories about people placing orders and it taking days, weeks, or months to get their items. I called and spoke to Rodneykia Butler and expressed my concerns. She said my order would not ship out before the 16th of January and that the warehouse had made changes to the order and that's why it would not ship within the "3 business days" like the website said. All of what she was telling me was the same issues I had read about and every single person had the same issues. She "gave" me $10 to use on my next order (which I will never order from them again) and that she would up my delivery to next day delivery once my item ships. I told her this was the same information that I had read on the reviews and it never happens. She assured me it will. I will keep very close watch to see if anything changes. So far I'm definitely not impressed nor will I use NFL shop again. Their customer service is horrible and they like to pass the buck off to someone else. My fault for not reading reviews but I was under the impression that since it was the "NFL Shop" that they would be reputable.
This site is a scam. Promise 3 business day delivery-Took 30 days. Not sure why the NFL would associate itself with a company of such poor quality. I guess it took the lowest bidder?
I ordered a jersey on Dec 11th and was told it would ship in 3 days. After 10 days I never got a shipping confirmation and called. They said it was delayed but would ship overnight on the 23rd in time for xmas. I then got an email 12 hours later that said the jersey would not ship until Jan 6th! I called back, again, and they said they would upgrade my order so it would arrive on the 24th. It never arrived. I called back for a 3rd time and they said it was still delayed until Jan 6th and that they were confused why the website *still* says it will ship within 3 days. The only compensation offered was $10 off my next order - unacceptable. I'll never order from them again and would strongly suggest others avoid it too. There are too many similar stories all over the internet
Trust me, do NOT waste your time ordering from here. I ordered a Hoodie for my daughter for Christmas in a size Youth Medium (which is a 10), but I received it in size 6/6x. They told me to send it back and they would overnight the new one. I called on Thursday, received the shirt on Tuesday. That is obviously NOT overnight. And on top of that, they sent me ANOTHER size 6/6x! AND the customer service rep was not friendly at all. I will never buy from there again.
My experience has been negative two out of three times so I am done shopping with them. Be careful about "order today for Christmas Eve delivery" types of adds as they are false. Not only won't you get your items but you won't even get an email telling you you won't be getting them by Christmas, or that certain items are unavailable until AFTER you pay. AND, don't fall for the "free shipping if you spend $100 because it's a waste of your time and $$. You either won't get it when expected, or you won't get it at all and you'll get an unexplained credit on your account. Wrap all of that up with EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - both phone and on line. Just don't waste your time ordering from this site.
Never Ever again! Ordered 2 Jersey's for my Grandson for Christmas, was promised they would be here. Nothing showed so Called again, said would be here the following day. Nothing showed said it has not even shipped yet. CANCELLED ORDER.So we had to make a quick trip to try and find something for my Grandson for Christmas.
The worst! Don't order from this company. I ordered 2 youth jerzees on 12/11 for my son for Christmas. One came in about 6 days later and was filthy. The other one still has not arrived. I called on 12/20 and was told it should go out by 12/23 and they upgraded to next day. I called on 12/23 and was told it was going to be shipped that day. I called on 12/24 and was told that it was on backorder. What a joke!
Order an Alshon Jeffery jersey for my son last week 12/17. Confirmation said order would ship in 3 business days. Tried calling customer service twice to check on order. Each time they told me they were "upgrading" my shipping so my order would arrive on time. After hearing that again today, I asked to speak with a supervisor. 40 minutes of "on-hold" later, and 2 supervisors, I was finally told the jersey wasn't made yet, didn't know exactly when it would be made and they were sorry but nothing that they could do. Merry fricking x-mas to them!
Wish I would have read these reviews before shopping here...$50 for a stupid polo shirt with 2-day express shipping on 12-16-13. Got an order number then a tracking order number for Fed-Ex and everything. Finally got through to Fed-Ex this morning who said they never got the package from this stupid company. Told me all the emails I got were auto-generated when the company "prints a label." What? Called to find out what happened and after waiting on-hold for 19 minutes, she says "nope, the order never went to Fed-Ex. I can re-process it for you..." Hey morons, I ordered this as a Christmas present for TOMORROW. How are you getting it to me tomorrow? "Can guarantee anything." Yet their site now says order by 3:00pm today and have by tomorrow. STAY AWAY from this site if you need anything efficently.

Answer: There seems to be a spoof site out there you might want to look into. My friend bought a jersey from what she thought was nflshop.com when really it was nflshop-pro.com which is a bogus site.
