The ordering and customer service from this site is worthless. I made an order on December 4 and waited for the shipping information. It was never sent so I called them 4 times. I got a run around 3 times and then a customer service person named Ashley. She conned me by saying a refund and purchase would take a while so cancel and do a store credit which is immediate. She canceled the original order while making a new order with the refunded store credit. The next day, I get an email saying the order will not be processed because of the volume and no product available. WOW! The customer service representatives do nothing to help and you go in cirlces after hours on the phone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR EFFORT shopping here.
I almost feel a little guilty giving NFLshop.com a one-star rating because they eventually did ship my order and even upgraded my shipping so that it would arrive within two days. Furthermore, they did not mess up my order like they did for many others.
The rating stands, however, because it took one e-mail and two phone calls to their customer service department over a period of 10 days before my order was finally processed (this despite the fact that they stated in bold & red text that my order would ship within 3 business days). On the flip side, they charged my credit card within 12 hours after my order was placed.
NFLShop.com, it is very bad form to charge your customers before you ship their orders. Take a leaf from Amazon.com's book: they never ever charge their customers' bank accounts or credit cards until AFTER the orders have been shipped. Their customer service department and return process are also outstanding.
Surely you cannot have the audacity or arrogance to hope for repeat business if your customers are this dissatisfied with you. In case you are not already aware, the Internet is a very powerful medium.

I ordered a Xmas present jersey on the 9th of December, plenty of time to get here by Xmas (especially with the "ship next business day promise on the websit")and what happens is I am on the phone 3 times only to discover today... 11 days later that my order will not actually ship until the 12/30. I would NOT have ordered from this website had I known about the 3 week lead time. They really have to be breaking some kind of law here by being so misleading.
I made a christmas order on 12/6/13 and NEVER received any feedback on expected shipping date. After wasting a LOT of time on the phone with them 12 (!) days later and trying to escalate the problem they finally said that some of the items were not available and were holding up the shipping! Apparently there was no intent of notifying the customer of any of this. Of course with christmas coming up you can imagine the frustration. I don't see how these guys stay in business.
EXTREMELY SLOW SHIPPING! I ordered from the custom shop, and it says in bold print that it would be here in 3 days. I placed the order Friday 12/13... and it is scheduled to arrive on 12/20? WTF, I placed 3 day shipping for a reason! Do NOT order from this place.
I placed an order on 12/5 for 2 long sleeve shirts for Christmas. I received the 1st one no problem, but the 2nd one showed up in the short sleeved version. Fine, I decided I'd take it because heck, we live in North Carolina anyhow so it's hot more than it is cold. But I noticed that there was a $4.00 price difference so I emailed them to request that $4.00 be credited back to my card that I used to purchase it.
6 days later no response so I called them and spoke with one woman who said she would issue a ticket to have them read my original email which would be responded to in 3 to 5 days. What? You're going to issue an email to have them read my email? I asked her if she could just credit it back to me and she said yes, but then said she didn't want to do that because I already emailed them and didn't know if they read it already. I said, if they read it, they would have replied. It was just going round and round so I just accepted it and got off the phone.
10 minutes later I came to my senses and said to myself that I would not accept that. So I called back, explained the story again and said that no, I didn't want a ticket issued and wait another 5 days which would have been 12 days after my initial email.
If it wasn't for the gentleman that I spoke to the 2nd time I called back this would have received a less than 1 star review, but thankfully he listened to me and immediately credited me back with the $4.00 and apologized for the inconvenience without hesitation. No back and forth, nothing... just told me that I should have been credited upon calling the first time. So although I would say in general nflshop.com has some bad customer service between the unanswered email and the 1st CSR rep, this gentleman definitely was top notch.
I wouldn't order from them again though. I mean I did get the wrong item which for me is a deal breaker.
Slow shipping (5 days to ship, then another 5 days to arrive) and over charged my paypal account by the 15% of my coupon code despite the correct totals appearing in my card and the live on-screen pay-pal approval. Needless to say I won't be buying anything from there again.
SLOW SLOW SLOW SLOW SHIPPING! My order was placed on 12/9 and I still have yet to receive it. My tracking number says it has stayed in the same place for days on end. I will NEVER order from them again nor would I advise anyone else to order from them. Their business is CRAP.
I must say that i am PLEASED with how NFL shop handled my issues. I ordered 2 items for 2 day shipping. Well, after waiting 3 days it wasn't shipped. I called twice and the 1st lady called and she said that they would take off the extra shipping charge and refund that to my account. She also said that she would send a direct shipping message to the manufacture so they can get it out to me as soon as possible before Christmas. I called a little later and waited another 15 minutes and the second lady said that they were experiencing an influx and my order was affected by it. After that i sent an email to the management. The next day when i woke up, I had a shipping confirmation number sent via email with a tracking number with overnight shipping! Then the next day after getting my tracking info, i received my package and my items were correct. I also got my $12.95 shipping charge back into my account, that happened in one business day.
Overall, my 1st experience with NFL was not that bad. I was expecting them to have the shipping excellent since this is the NFL we're talking about. I notice there are a lot of bad reviews, but I will not be ordering anything else from this website just to stay on the safe side. I am happy that the people followed up with everything, refunded my money, and that i received my order just in time before Christmas!
NEVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!
They claim to be the official NFL shop but actually seem to be a Beijing-based sweat shop that will charge your account without any expectation of ever fulfilling your order. I contacted customer service three times to inquire about my order and never heard back. These people are THIEVES
Will never order from here again! Placed an order on Nov. 10th. Called back to check on the order as my account stated I was refunded the money a few days later. They said one of the three items I ordered was out of stock and they were going to refund that money but assured me the other two items would def. Be here no later than the 22nd as I explained it was for a bday present. They told me I could keep calling back and checking on status of shipping since all my account status said was refunded. Call back on the 21st the day before I was promised and was told the other two items are on back order and they have no idea why the three different times I called before the people promised me my items would be here when promised as their records clearly said they were on back order. "They probably just said that to get me off the phone" exact words from the last cs person I spoke to. I was livid, I could of ordered these items from somewhere else to have them on time for the bday present! I demanded all my money back on all items and cancelled my order completely. I again was "promised" I would be refunded my money back into my account within 2-10 business days! Here I sit on the phone for twenty minutes still waiting for a supervisor as now it has been the 12th business day and still nothing! I ended up ordering my items from footballfanatics.com and received them in less than a week! NFL.COM BLOWS! I wouldnt of even give it one star but it was the only way I could leave my comment on this site!
Ordered a cap for a discount price, and order was confirmed and then it was cancelled by the shop. I thought they were out of stock. Then the 2nd day when I check, they do have it but price was change to full price. Anyway, that is it for me.
Ordered a customized Raiders sweatshirt on Monday 12/02/2013 for the game on 12/08/2013 and paid for 2-Day shipping. I was told it would ship in 3 business days (Thursday) and be here by Friday, wonderful! Checked my order status on Wednesday and it still said my order was new so I called and they said it was still being processed but that it would still be shipped on Thursday. I called today, Thursday and was told my order would not be shipped until Friday but that they would upgrade the order to next day shipping. Just to double check I asked if that meant it would arrive on time for Sunday's game, they informed me that they don't ship on Saturdays and Sunday and that their next-day shipping meant it would arrive on the next business day which in this case would be Monday.
This is the second time I've had a terrible experience with nflshop shipping but it's the first time its been this blatantly stupid. My suggestion is to buy NFL merchandise from other vendors because you'll never get your order in time from these guys
Ordered a watch November 23rd and have not received any information of tracking. Called customer service and they gave me tracking number that is bad and will not show anything. Tells me it hasn't even shipped. They won't give me a refund and I can't get a hold of a manager. This was a birthday gift and now I have nothing to give them. I'm beyond pissed off

Phoned next day, (day before game), hoodie at depot could not guarantee delivery that day, (5 days after order). Asked for refund. No. Asked for manager, told I would get call back monday. Continued to insist on manager & got one, (5th time of asking), got apology and immediate refund. No chance. 5 days later no money. Called again,, told I would get refund when courier had returned item. Asked for manager, told I would get immediate refund. Sent E mail complaint via their site. Now 4 days later no reply & guess what no money. But their site does insist that customer service is their 100% No. 1 priority. NO CHANCE. Bunch of thieving f**kwits
HORRIBLE! I order a lot of items online but this has by far been my worst experience. I ordered a pair of boots they guaranteed I would have by Friday as I left 1st thing Sat morning to the game. By Tuesday the tracking showed I wouldn't receive it until Sat (after I left). So frustrated I went to Fanatics.com ordered the same boots and to my surprise they also came from NFLShop. I returned both pairs and yet to receive reimbursement for 1 pair. They confirmed 2 weeks ago they received them now they tell me they just rec'd them on the 23rd. It's 7-10 bus days PLUS 3-4 days to show in my account. Customer service is awful!

I ordered a jersey they sent the wrong one. After contacting them the said they would send the correct one out to me at no cost to me they played the return shipping. I waited 2 weeks no sign of the jersey. I called them again said it was already shipped and I should receive it in a few days waited almost another week I was so mad at this point I called them once I received the item and told them I just was not happy with their service and just wanted my money back. The sales rep then made me aware that I would be charged a 20% restocking fee plus $5.50 return shipping. I asked why I should have to pay a restocking fee and return shipping he said since I had received the correct item and there was no mistake on their behalf and I was requesting a full refund I must pay the restocking plus the shipping. So I just kept the jersey. But never again will I order from NFL shop.
I have never had such a horrible experience ordering online! Keep your money and go somewhere else! I paid for faster shipping, didn't happen. They cancelled half of my order. 6 days after I was suppose to be receiving it. Still haven't seen my order!
Just like someone who wrote a review before me said, I would rate this company a ZERO if I could. Anyone who knows me knows that it takes a lot to get me upset.
So I ordered a jersey for my bf's birthday present. I ordered it more than three weeks before I would need it and figured that would be enough time... Two weeks later I hear nothing about my jersey order so I contacted their customer service. Their customer service said they had cancelled my order ten business days ago yet no one had notified me of this. As a consolation they gave me $10 store credit (which I have yet to see). My order was also still listed in my account as NEW and not cancelled.
They told me it went out of stock and they weren't sure when it would come back in stock so they went ahead and cancelled it. That's 100% fine, but why would no one bother to contact me or update the order status in my account? I had about eight emails back and forth between me and their customer service and they just dodged the question saying we're sorry and try to provide you with the best customer service possible. Really guys? You actually tried?
Finally when I demanded an answer, they claimed to have sent me an email. I triple checked my email account and found nothing. If they had really been up to date and contacted me 1) I would've known and 2) you should update my account and 3) why is the exact jersey I ordered, in the size I ordered still listed as in-stock on your website?

In the end they offered me $20 in store credit (which I have yet to see) only because I told them I had to pay for express delivery from another store due to their inability to inform me they had cancelled my order. Thanks NFL shop, you're so generous considering that I told you I had to pay $40 to get express delivery from Sports Authority. I'm glad you're willing to be so generous and give me a $20 credit when your own express shipping costs $32.99.
In the end I have no jersey, they ignored my last email and I'm down $40 more than I should have been and am left with empty promises of $20 store credit that I don't even want. I will NEVER order anything from them ever again.
If you're interested in purchasing jerseys, I recommend going straight to Nike. Their customer service is awesome, they have everything in stock, and they're so quick to fill your order =) I plan on avoiding the NFL Shop for the rest of my life and have already begun letting every single person I know that the NFL Shop deserves no one's business.
Wish I had found this review site before I ordered. Same issues as everyone below. Ordered 2 jerseys, did not ship in the 3 day period, and I needed on a specific date so I had paid for overnight delivery as well. They debited my bank account before any merchandise had shipped (6-7 days in advance of shipping) and they debited for THREE jerseys, not two. Three phone calls later I am supposed to get my money back on the mistake, but as of this writing I haven't. I requested speaking to a supervisor or manager and customer service refused to transfer me.
DO NOT BUY ANY MERCHANDISE FROM THIS PLACE. No retail establishment charges you before shipping... that alone is a huge red flag. And it won't be going out in 3 business days so don't plan on it arriving in said time. I would love to comment on the quality of the order, if I ever receive it.
