I ordered a pair of sandals however when I received them they were a little too small. I started an online chat and explained why I wanted to return. They contacted customer service who in turn emailed me and after sending them my foot measurements they are sending out a bigger size. I love the shoes so am very happy with the outcome and looking forward to ordering more things from them. Great company.
Send me a 10 1/2 size that fits to tight and very uncomfortable to wear. They want me to return it to China and they will not cover shipping cost. I have to pay $23.5 for shipping and I paid $38 dollars for my shoes. They are selling products with no intentions of exchanging defective product due to the high cost of shipping. Is a trap and bad business practice. Buy somewhere else. Bad ethics and business practfice.

This business takes your money to then buy its stock. Two months after I ordered I received an email "we regret to inform you, every single item you ordered is mysteriously out of stock, please choose another item." What? They eventually refunded me but charged me $40.00 shipping on the $10.00 shirt they are sending me that has not arrived. Unscrupulous frauds, counting on the laziness of Americans.

I bought two tops for what they said was my size. When I finally received them, I could barely get them on. They were at least two sizes too small. I did a chat from their web site and was told I would have to wait for someone to contact me from customer services. Two days later I got an email. I responded with a request for a pre paid label to return the tops. I heard from them again by email that they were sorry the garments did not fit but their policy states that they are not responsible to pay return shipping. I Wrote back stating that the sizing was their problem not mine. The next email from them stated that they could not get emails back to me. ----- They were giving me the run around. Who knows how much my return shipping will be to return the package back to them I will try this week but I think I am out $52.00. For heavens sake, --- DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This business is in China. If you don't like the product -- and you likely won't given the cheap labour -- you cannot afford to return it since they make you pay to send it back.
Do NOT buy from them. They are not legitimate on line sellers.

It's been about two months since I ordered some pants from NewChic. Still haven't got them. Initially they told me it takes 7-25 working days for delivery. When I still didn't receive it, they just ask me to call the local post office to check with them. (No, the delivery hasn't bounced, since I asked it to be delivered to my office) I mean, why should I? If it's lying there, I'd have to go and pick them up. Doesn't that defeat the whole purpose of online shopping? Also the post office number they gave doesn't work. What if it's not there? Anyway, when I asked to cancel the order, I am being asked to pay for the shipping... to & fro! I mean, are you serious? I have to pay for the shipment that I never received? Beyond ridiculous!

I've ordered 3 items, received but 2.
When asked for the 3rd item, they replied with some options (incl. Wait period with coupons as gift), because the ordered item was temporarely out of stock.
I've decided to be patient and wait for the last item to be restocked.
I would give them 5 stars except 1) they sent me the wrong color of the item I had ordered; and 2) their English is sometimes difficult to understand in their emails. Plus I have no idea what their company name is. Im waiting to receive replacement (hopefully correct color) item. After I receive it I may come back and give more stars. They were very gracious to replace my item.

This company has some negative reviews, but i could NOT fault them.
I ordered two pairs of shoes, one was out of stock and as I wanted for a hoilday I asked them to cancel, which they did and refunded with in 24hrs. The other pair was exaclty what i ordered, the delivery was swift and I LOVE my new shoes. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT RESPONDED SAME DAY AND KEPT ME IMFORMED.
I have been dealing with a lady by the name of Alis, there were issues with the delivery of the handbag and after many attempts to pay an additional fee for delivery Alis has eventually agreed to re-deliver at no cost - good customer service. I would also like to make the comment that NewChic website is not all that user friendly with regards to additional payments that maybe required - suggest you look at this.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
