I like NewChic clothes. But their customer service is awful. They take your money when they cannot fulfill the order - everything seems to be on 'back order' and then they eventually tell you they cannot fulfill the order. They have £54 of mine which they swear has been refunded, but it has not. I have given up the fight. It is a shame, because their clothes are cute.
I ordered items in the beginning of the year and never received it. The tracking has now expired. Most pathetic online store I have ever seen.
Disgusting how they just steal your money and does not even care what PPL say about them

I purchased 3 dresses. Unfortunately one of them had a mark on the front. After sending pictures of faulty dress my money was refunded. All 3 fitted lovely. Amazing after sales service.
I have ordered two flower dresses for my wedding in April. Still have not received anything and none of the Agents could assist me. They keep on telling me to track the order which never updates and they do not follow orders. I will never recommend this company to anyone!

Bought two pairs of boots, in different colours. One pair fine. Second pair clearly about 4 or 5 sizes smaller than they should've been. Despite sending photographs and writing to Customer Services, all I got was that the label indicated they were the right size. That's the last time I buy from them

Like "Sue" I have tried to contact these people and am getting nowhere. The last thing I tried was through their (lack of) customer service on July 4th and I got a message saying that customer service was closed at present due to the Chinese New Year celebrations from - (get this in July)- from Jan to Feb! Now I am out the cost of the sandals and will have to pay to return them and I also have tp pay for their shipping cost to me AND mine back to them. This is not cheap and their service is non-existent. Don't get trapped by these people. Go elsewhere, all the bad reviews are not changing anything. BG

One of my three parcels was lost. After contacting customer service, they updated my tracking info. After a little more patience, my parcel was delivered. It took a long time, but you buy something that is shipped from the other side of the world, so it really could take a while.
Encountered a use issue with new shoes. After contacting customer service and providing details about my experience that included photographs their customer service accepted responsibility and provided full refund. They followed up on my issue and went to great lengths to understand the problem. Rarely if ever has any firm done that with me before.

I placed my order on 3/18/2017, today is 5/25/2017 and I still have not received my order. I have contacted customer service 4 times. Each time I get the same response, the tracking number saying that my order has been shipped and should arrive any time. It is painfully obvious that a computer is responding instead of a human. I have requested a full refund, only to receive in response that my order has shipped and I should be receiving any time. So I had no other choice but to retrieve my money back thru my credit card company. I would advise NO ONE to buy from this company.
After my first sending shoes was found out much to small the customer service offered me from their side to find out whether they had a seize in their stock that would fit my feet. And after found they offered to sent part of my complete order for a small extra price. I agreed and just today I received my replacement shoes. (Took several weeks) They fit and are of good quality. I do not have to send back the originals and gave them to a so called "take-it-for-free" centre.
I've had to constantly ask where my order was! Placed it more than a week prior to contacting the chat line only to see the order dispatch date was done a week later. Also NO courtesy to inform me of an out of stock item. Just spoke to another agent earlier AGAIN... He was named Morris... Who didn't even have the courtesy to extend a common greet in his reply. I actually took a pic of his profile as he continued again in his next response even when I mentioned it was only common respect & courtesy to greet a customer... He still responded to the query without greeting. It was clear the manner was ignorant & couldn't be bothered about his unprofessional behavior. When you're experiencing bad customer service you don't need the added arrogance of an agent with a disrespectful & unprofessional behaviour

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
