I have placed my 2nd order with Newchic 1 month and a half ago.
I am trying to get in touch with somebody because of no trace or information received so far about the status of the delivery. Unsuccessfully!
The most strange thing is that the first order that I placed with them never reached me. Being of low value I thought it doesn't make sense to argue or to dig in. But the situation repeats again. How do they tackle the delivery confirmation stage? How do they make sure that the order reached the right person or has been ever delivered?
To me this is an unfortunate experience that I'm not going to repeat again, irrespective of the quality and price of the items they sell.
I have never purchased such utter rubbish in my life. The clothes are like bits of rag. A despicable company to deal with it for returns. Buyer beware - avoid, avoid, avoid at all costs.

I ordered a pair of summer shoes, similar to shoes that I purchased last year (which I have thoroughly enjoyed). The styles were similar and I bought the same size. Unfortunately they were too big to wear comfortably. I contacted customer service to return them. They told me I had ordered the wrong size. After I explained that it was the size I always wear and explained the difference in how they were made, they offered me a partial refund to keep them. I felt that was a fair compromise. Customer service was very polite and seemed to be interested in finding out why I was not happy with the purchase.
These shoes are garbage. Act rags. The pictures are extremely misleading. These are the same as beach/water shoes I bought at the dollar store for $4.00. The shoe has no body to it as in the picture. BE AWARE OF NewChic RETURN POLICY. YOU MUST PAY BOTH SHIPPING AND RETURN SHIPPING to get your money back, which doesn't get you your money back. I had to get my payment company involved to get my refund. Will never ever buy from this company. BEWARE

I ordered 6 purple backpacks to serve as the invitation to my daughter's 13th birthday party at Disneyland (I thought that would be a good way to notice them in the park). The backpacks were sent to each girl with the written invitation included inside. I also ordered personalized name tags. Each girl had their backpack in CA Adventure and Disneyland. By day 2,3 of the backpacks had ripped apart and were no longer usable. I reached out to NewChic via live chat with Joyce and despite sending 3 photos showing the defective/damaged product, she refused to do anything to rectify the situation except send me 200 bonus points. The idea/concept was adorable and they looked great before use. The correct thing to do would have been to issue a replacement or refund. They did neither. I will never order another product from this company. Buyer Beware!

They seem to deceive people with clever marketing. They say, pay XX and you will have your order in 10-35 working days. You query and they say 70 days because its working days. I paid on 02/05/2018... the stuff has still not left CHINA! They just keep telling me to relax, everything will be fine...

Love the feel but I am in trouble if they shrink. I purchased the 46D which I normally wear 44 DD but my size was not offered. They are cut smaller then US sizes. That being said they are wonderful quality cotton. Love how they feel when I wear them. Excellent product and would have given 5* if it was made to US sizes and maybe even offer more sizes. It was what I needed so had to try them.
I received a damaged item and contacted newchic - they were very responsive/understanding and cooperative and resolved my issue immediately.
Even though things happen during the shipping process they provided Good customer servive. Much better than most online sites...

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
