I ordered some boots that arrived in Kentucky within a few days. They don't fit right and the smell so horrible that they aren't going into my closet! I contacted New Chic to return them and they want them shipped overseas! Don't trust this company... shop some place else!
Socofy shoes available on NewChic are the most cute, comfy and unique pieces I ever saw! I made several orders and have about 5 pairs already and all of them are just perfect. I recommend them to everyone who want something which is totally different from the regular offer in Europe or US and at the same time to those who prefer to be comfortable. The NewChic services are extraordinary: the delivery is in time, perfectly packed... the items always arrived in a perfect shape. It happened to me only ones that I recieved a different color shoes but the communication with the NewChic staff and the proposed solution were absolutely fabulous. Their staff is highly professional and very friendly. Shopping on NewChic is not a business, it is a relationship! Thank you so much!
I was contemplating a purchase from NewChic (as some of their clothes look really attractive in the pictures) so I registered with them as they promised a £60 voucher for the first purchase - they even sent me the number of the "voucher". So far so good... I had about £140 worth of items in my shopping basket, went to the checkout and - surprise surprise, not only it was a pain to find out how to redeem vouchers, my number wasn't recognized (and I only received the "voucher" on the day before the purchase so there's no way it could have expired). Then I went back to my basket and saw that I "saved" almost exactly £60 on the purchase as the items were "reduced" from insanely high prices to more or less standard ones. In other words, everything about this shop screams "scam" very, very loudly. Steer well clear.

I am small/petite, a few pounds overweight. I ordered size medium which should have fit, but sadly the dress is too small. On the positive side, I can use the dress as a pattern to make a dress that fits me, and yesterday's email from NewChic said I would be receiving a refund of the purchase price in 2-3 days. I suppose I will know in a couple days.

I ordered two pair of shoes, same size. One pair of shoes is a good inch longer than the second pair and now I cannot find a way to return or even chat with anyone. Tried sending email but it keeps telling me that Ive not entered the phone number correctly.
Lesson learned, never again.

Items are cheap but quality is so poor that even one use is out of question. Sizing is inaccurate (runs small). Return experience is ridiculous! You have to prove the size is small by taking pictures of measurements. Products from China! Another reason to buy American!

I was a little afraid of ordering, I had been waiting the day I got it I was very pleased i purchased a plus size coat I usually wear a 3X I decided to buy a 5X once it arrived I tried it on and it fit me nice I even he had a little more room to put a sweater on underneath thank you
Ordered a darling pair of sandals that had a very confusing back strap. I wanted to return them, but they offered to send a replacement pair, to which I agreed. The second pair had the same confusing back strap, which I thought was a design flaw. A friend finally helped me figure it out; so I asked to send the 2nd pair back. Since shipping back to China was very expensive, New Chic offered to let me buy the second pair at a discount, which I refused. They eventually suggested I keep the 2nd pair at no charge. Throughout the entire negotiation, New Chic representative was polite, helpful and very gracious. It was an unfortunate circumstance which they handled with respect to the customer.
Due to silly sizing charts, my shorts arrived to fit 2 people. But new chic have sent me some replacement which does fit well. Its a shame we have to take a chance on the size. British clothes have been made in china for 40 years and now they sell us clothes that dont fit.
Ordered shoes 2+ months ago. Out of stock when I ordered but they sure took my money and didn't tell me they were out of stock until I contacted them. Then when I finally got them, they arrived in a no-padded bag. From China. Never again.

I am finally able to say that my problem with the order that I placed with Newchic has been solved. I ordered four items from Newchic while being unfamiliar with the Newchic vs US size differences. Three of the items were too small despite using the Newchic size chart. After a great deal of back and forth, along with help from my tech saavy daughter, I was finally able to return the items and exchange the for the sizes that I needed. I received the exchanges yesterday and was very pleased. The items fit so much better. I appreciate Alis for all the help that she provided to remedy the situation. Now that I have a better understanding of the Newchic size chart/differences in US sizes, I look forward to ordering more items from Newchic in the future.

The sandals I received from New Chic were fabulous! Great fit and colors! I have had many compliments on them and have ordered a similar pair already! Thank you. Shipping was reasonably fast considering they came all the way from China.
I was contacted by customer service to let me know a replacement shirt would arrive. It arrived in about 4 days, in good shape, so I am happy with my order. I get lots of compliments on the three tops I bought. I had messages from new chic thanking me and they were very nice. I would order from them again - the amount of time it takes to get the original order was more like 20 days.
I ordered three tops from Newchic. All three were what I saw online, happy with two. One had holes where the serged seams were trimmed too close, took photos, sent to customer service and received a response in one day. They are sending a replacement shirt in 7-20 days (same time as original order so fine with that) Do not have to return damaged shirt. Sent photos to customer service so they could see. Seemed reasonable to me.
I received an email stating that the merchandise was not in stock. It takes a month for you to determine that there is not enough merchandise to get an order out, really? Yet they continue to advertise on Facebook as though they have items,... Will not ever waste time again on this fraudulent website.

Plan A: The size does not match what you ordered. You will receive a full refund or can choose to receive the product with the right size for free.
Plan B :The size matches what you ordered, but it does not fit. The size of each item may have an inaccuracy of about 2cm/1 inch due to hand measurements.

I never expected my 3 pairs of shoes and a pair of sandals to be good quality. Just cute!
The site itself tells you size of this shoe runs small, so go up a size.
Finally the shoes come in. Cheap, but cute. So far, ok!
One pair of shoes is ok fit. The others too big. Id have to invest in at least $30 of inserts to wear them.
These Hong Kong peoples customer service is Zero. Non-Existant.
Several emails in bad English asking for. Photos?! Of what exactly?! My foot next to a tape? In the shoes? Who is going to take a good pic? My neighbor?!
LOUSY COMPANY.

I bought a pair of shoes in size 9. There is no marks on them to show the size, but I think they are probably about size 7. They also stink to high heavens and are poorly made. I have looked on their web site for their returns policy and it seems I would have to pay all postage costs both ways. I don't know how much return postage would cost to send them back to China but probably quite a lot. Then, of course, there is no guarantee of actually seeing any money back. So, it looks to me that they can put anything in the package, and will probably get away with it.
My shoes have now gone in the bin - no point flinging good money after bad. I just wish I has read these other reviews before placing the order.

As I tried to check on the status of my long overdue order I found that none of the links they provide work. I contacted them through FB messenger and they provided another link that does not work. Still no reply to my inquiry about that one. Had I known they were in China I would have avoided them. I believe I am out the money I paid and will never see my merchandise. Scam!

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
