My first review said there was a mix up with my order details. Incorrect wording which caused me concern AND I did have difficulty finding how to get in touch with the company to ask about the order.
Anyway. I finally found an email address & wrote of my concerns. From then they corresponded excellently and kept me well up to date with the order. I had in fact been posted the correct items. AND I did receive them in the time they had allocated. Also they looked as pictured and in great condition for the price. One dress (they are both plain full style, muslin type cotton dresses), had a piece/panel that had been sown wrong side up but it's not too noticeable and as I only have them as casual wearing... I feel ok about it.
I believe New Chic is trustworthy. And I think I would order again as long as they could guarantee the item is AS shown and in well made condition. Also to provide an easy communication email at time of ordering would be most helpful.

Theives! Dont buy!

I paid for 4 pairs shoes back in March. It is now June! Guess what NO SHOES! I contacted them and was told the shoes were delivered. They sent me a link proving that the shoes were delivered to California, but I live in Tennessee! I then received an email asking if I wanted them to send the shoes again or cancel the order and pay them for shipping! Long story short, no shoes, no refund, no recourse.

NewChic is in China, not UK

I did get a response to my previous review -- and informed the company is located in China, which explains a lot. Why does the website list a UK address? Not only were the items ordered different in appearance from the photo, but the wrong size. I am not going to attempt to send back to China (or Thailand where they were shipped).

I ordered two ball caps. They looked very good in the original photo. They arrived (finally) flat as a pancake, made very cheaply. They looked terrible.
They are a company from the UK, but the caps were made in Hong Kong, and shipped from Thailand! No return policy, no customer service.

I ordered 2 tops - a 'gauzy' material top with lace on the arms SKU******* and a cotton t shirt SKU*******. First top, not gauzy but a stiff material, very crappy, not flowy and lightweight for the summer. I am sure if I stood in the sun it would melt to my body. The t shirt? It is made out of the most horrible cotton material I have ever seen. Cheap again, and to my horror, I paid $53 for it. This one is so stiff it got up and walked away by itself. I have to go now and slap myself silly for wasting $80. Most of all, shame on that company for ripping people off. This world has enough nasty people and you are one of them.

If you are dissatisfied for ANY reason other than a defect, you must return your product to CHINA at your own cost. You may be offered a discount on a future or replacement order. 1 item I ordered was NOT the color depicted on the website. Another was not sized correctly or in agreement with the other items I ordered of the same size. I will never deal with them again as returning the items would cost as much as I paid for them. You end up paying to try them on.

Scam - Stay clear!

I ordered a pair of pants a month ago. No sign of them yet. The "online live chat" link is a dead link. Doesn't work. Tried to contact by email. No response. What a rip off this place is. Like many I saw this site on Pinterest and feel Pinterest shouldn't allow this type of scam fraud swindle rip off thievery on their site.

It looks like at first they are from UK but stuff comes from China and takes a while to arrive, shoes did not fit- they ask for photo of feet etc. and to take measurements of your feet and then tell you have ordered the wrong size! And don't tell you return address, you have to request it pay the return cost.
