Last year I ordered a pair of loafers, which arrived with no delay and which is perfect: good quality and as soft as a pair of gloves. I ordered a similar pair this year (different colour though), which turned to be out of stock for ages. My only consolation was that every time I enquired about the possible shipping date Cornelia from customer service replied immediately, always offering me to cancel my order and either buy something else or ask for refund. Eventually I opted for a different pair, which originally cost more than my original choice but they gave me refund. I wouldn't have wanted to pay more anyway, but I quite liked the fact that they also thought it would be unfair after making me wait for two months or so in vain. I hope this one will arrive soon and it'll be ok in every respect.
I've ordered quite a few item from New Chic, and I love their clothing. Styles are interesting and unique, and the workmanship is very good. This company's customer service is excellent. They always respond to my inquiries promptly and personally. They keep me informed if there is a delay. They refund quickly if i choose not to wait for a backorder. I could not ask for more, and I would not hesitate to recommend buying from them.
I ordered a shoe. After four weeks, It came from China. The picture of the shoe on the site looked three pieces sow together. Looking very much like leather but when it came it was one piece of plastic no leather. Very cheap looking. The company is very good at fooling the people. Make you think you are buying shoe

If I could I would have given no stars at all I would have. I purchased a coat from Newchic and it arrived damaged. When I contacted Newchic to advise of the issue, they requested photos which I provided, then they asked me to return the damaged item and I was to pay for return shipping. The representative I was dealing with was Nina. I explained to her that I have never done business with a company that expected its customer to return their damaged goods at their cost and loss and not even being offered a return label provided by the company or to refund the total amount including return shipping. In communication with Nina she finally agreed to pay the return shipping fee. I have been going back and forth with Nina for over two months now and still no closer to getting any of my money back. She even tried to offer me a percentage of the cost of the item as compensation which was pennies to the dollar in comparison to the full cost. Newchic sells poor quaility products and their customer service agent Nina is a very poor representation of what true customer service should be. I will never shop on Newchic again and would highly recommend all to stay clear of them. If you are unfortunate to have to deal with the agent Nina as your CR then I suggest you skip the formalities and ask for a supervisor.

I love the customer service and quickness in response. I am also very much satisfied with my product. However, the shipping was an issue, for which they compensated via refunding of the shipping fees.
I didn't realize my order was coming from China! I ordered 3 tops. Going by the size chart. None fit. They are very small. It's not worth it to send them back all the way to China. I will donate to a shelter. I learned my lesson. Will stick to American Companies.

THEY SENT ME A PAIR OF SHOES EXACTLY THE SAME SIZE AS THE PREVIOUS ONE! 28.5 CM! (WHEN I ORDERED 25.7 CM, BASED ON THEIR SHOE SIZE CHART) I GAVE THEM MY MEASUREMENTS I EVEN ASKED YOU TO CHECK OUT BEFORE THEY SENT THEM TO ME (HAVE IT ALL DOCUMENTED). I EVEN PAID EXTRA 26 DOLLARS FOR THE DELIVERY, WHILE MY FIRST PARCEL WAS ONLY 14! (I HAVE A RECEIPT). RECEIVING THE SHOES YESTERDAY, I REALIZED THIS SHOP IS NOTHING BUT A BIG SPOOF! HOW CAN I TRUST THEIR SHOE SIZE CHART IS THEY DOUBLE SENT ME THE SAME SIZE (ONE MARKED AS 42 AND THE OTHER AS 41 WITH NO MARKINGS ON A SOLE, BUT EQUAL IN LENGTH - TWO SIZES BIGGER THAN THEIR SIZE CHART! I bought a pair of sneakers in my regular size and they were too big. Went though quite a bit of hustle to get a refund. I would never buy from this company again. It not only took me a long time to get it, but I received it, it wasn't the right size. On top of that, it took me several efforts with PayPal to get a resolution to this problem. No reason to buy from China when you can deal locally without all of the hustle, even if it costs you more...

One of my orders were out of stock and so I came in contact with Tiny from their customer service, who was very competent. We could solve the problem to my entire satisfaction. I ordered a lot of items and I was always very satisfied and happy with their service, fast delivery and the good quality of their items.
Check out their ads, posts, or website, abd the last thing you would think is that this is a cheap CHINESE company. I don't mean this is an American or European clothing company, whose products ate made in south Asia or China (from Addidas - French Con.- Izod), I mean your ordering from a Wholly Chinese company (I believe my hats were shipped from Jiangxi prov.). Quality is actual ok for what you get, but remember sizes are not really western sizes, my ivy/newsboys hats are so tiny they are unwearable, there goes $20, cant really return them (honestly, I could be wrong, I just assume its not worth the cost to ship them back... TO CHINA!).

Great customer service. You can find a loot of things at affordable prices. The page is very easy to navigate and you practically get just about everything in a very good quality.
Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
