Scam! Stay away

This is a scam. Complete scam. I ordered item SKU******* (19 pieces) for an event based on the online product information. The items when received were of very cheap quality, thin plastic that was getting bent easily and I could not use it as a result. I contacted their customer service who has repeatedly refused to acknowledge or accept my reasons for return despite sending them photos that they requested. Not only that, they refuse to bear shipping cost of return even though their product is of very poor quality & refuse to issue a full refund! I paid $74.45 for these and all they are willing to return is $13! Scam.

Stay away from this website & business: its a complete SCAM!

I placed an order and was eventually emailed to say that the item would not be despatched until 3 weeks later. The day before the imagined despatch I received another email to say that they do not even have the shoes to despatch.

This company is a complete sham. It is almost impossible to contact them. There is no properly active email and their online site is the most user unfriendly system imaginable. Do not touch them with a barge-pole!

Went all the way from China to Florida in a plastic bag. Packing was awful. Shoes were crushed. Delivery took so many days I kinda forgot I ordered them... Fit is OK but will not order from again

This company should be serious if they want to engage in the American market. I ordered some shoes, they were small sizes (good for little Chinese men) but not for an average American. If you wear size 9, order size 11 or 12. The shoes were so light that you can lift it up with one finger. The so called leather was fake. I am done with these Chinese basement products

Nice communication

I've ordered two paire of boots. One were shipped directly, the other were out of stock. Immediatly they began to communucate; if I like to refund, choose another pair of boots or wait for restocking. I chosed to wait. When the boots were back in stock, they shipped them directly. Very nice communication; vriendly and clear. Miu really wanted to help and make thinks clear!
The boots are fantastic. Very comfortabel. I ordered one size bigger and it fits perfect. Defently I will order again. Good service!

The merchandise is from China. I order 3 pairs of shoes on 3/8/18 through paypal. They took my money from paypal within 14 seconds of my order. The shoes were not delivered until 4/12/18. I used the chat on their site to check twice on where they were. It took them 2 weeks to get them out the door. Not one pair fit. You pay shipping and return shipping. Shipping to China is very expensive. You cannot live chat when you have a problem they will only allow email and of course that mean send email, get answer the next day, send another email, get answer the next day. Pretty soon the 14 days you have to resolve issue is used up. They are unethical as they will not stand by what they offered me instead of sending shoes back.
I read a review from Yuan G stating professional and helpful-don't believe it, probably works there! Stay away, you get what you pay for or in this case, you get something else and end up being stuck with it! (and out the money)

Even though I had some issues with product sizes, my Customer Service Representative (Alis) was pleasant, well-spoken, extremely efficient, and surprisingly accommodating. I haven't experienced customer service like this in the states in over a decade. I will definitely be a repeat, loyal client.

I bought 2 different Hats, the morons packaged the hats in plastic, gee i wonder how many boxes were laid on top of them. Seriously, if i could give -5 stars I would. Where is the picture insert? Love to show the crappy packaging and the crappy hats i might as well toss away

Screwed out of shoes

They screwed me out of 5 pairs of shoes. I have 5 brand new pairs of shoes I cannot wear. I purchased 5 pairs of shoes and chose US9. I wear size 9 every place I shop including wish.com and never wear a 9.5. I'm not a 10 or 11. I am a 9.

They refuse to refund me and/or send me the correct size. They expect me to pay to send the shoes back to China costing me more then what I paid for them! They won't work with me at all. They even had the gall to offer me $17 of the 108 I paid!

DON"T MY SHOES FROM THEM!

Ordered two pairs. The first was NOTHING like what was described in the photo. Sent 2 photos, side by side and they still tried to tell me it was the same shoe. Different colors and all! The shoes are CHEAP, they weigh nothing and feel like they would fall apart in no time. Customer service wanted to credit me 1/2 the cost and keep going back and forth. The shoes are crap... customer service are bs artists... reviews are obviously staged... save your money.

From bad to worse

Well the first shirt arrived a week before the next 2. Too small! The remaining 2 arrived today. Still way too small in spite of Newchic providing a size chart and Australian equivalents which I ordered. Sizing is way out: too small by 2 sizes. I then attempted to contact Newchic via their contact us form. It appeared to not go through. After 2 failed attempts, I sent an email to the given email address, but the email address is not valid. So here I am lamenting the $112.00 AUD I spent and hoping someone will contact me to help resolve this problem. I want a refund! I must say in all fairness though, the quality of the shirts is reasonable, given their $35.00 AUD each price tag.

I bought 3 pairs of shoes here and I paid 16 dollars shipping first off they can in one bag no boxes which made them misshapen when I opened them up one pair the insoles werent even glued down and all 3 pairs were to small and I ordered them big so they would fit when I looked up there size for american sizing the shoes were 2 sizes smaller than they claim they were. I have asked for a return shipping label but after reading the reviews they want pictures and measurements from customers when Im sure they know they crap is missized. 100 bucks I just gave away. Wont be doing that agin. DONT BUY CHEAP JUNK
