One of several items that I ordered was too small. When I contacted customer service they replied quickly, asked for some more information (measurements and photos) and quickly resolved the issue. A larger size will be shipped to replace this item. Thankfully all of the other items fit as expected.
I had trouble with sizing, my items were way smaller than I thought they would be. But Tiny in customer service helped me with cancel of a order with Full refund in no time! Tiny was very responsive and very polite and friendly. Because of Tinys service I will definitely continue to use this company for other shopping!

Fantastic service - resend the right size and refund the out- of-Stock- absolutely unexspected super service
I ordered $200 worth of bras. One came. The remainder were on back order, but company was responsive & asked if I wanted to wait or rewind.
I opted for refund.
Pay attention to sizing charts as the Chinese sizing is VERY different from US. Also shipping times.
Good prices but pay argentum to all of the description before ordering.
I will probably order from this company again.

Ordered a purse that I used twice. On the second use a piece of metal that holds the handle on broke off.
Emailed and chatted with company to get a refund on this cheap piece of crap. Which is what this was. They only offered a credit of 20% which was about $5.
This stuff comes from China and is just low quality and cheap materials.
Will NEVER order again and will wan anyone who asks.

I ordered several blouses and eventually was told that all were out of stock and could not be supplied. My card had already been charged. They did refund one item but I still am waiting for a refund on three items totalling over £50. It is a shame. I like their clothes but can no longer order with confidence and they still owe me a refund, although claim it has already been made. It has NOT!

I think this Chinese company NewChic is trying its best. They still have to work out how to deal with foreign customers because of their expectation and cost and length of shipping. I had problems myself with a pair of shoes which simply weren't matching design wise, size wise. However, I used their live chat to ask for help and I sent the photo of the shoes.The girl there open a case with the number for me and forwarded to their customer service. I have received an email with apologies and ask me if I want a refund, which I did in the end.
One needs to understand that when buying from online shops, especially Chinese, one needs to read all info before jumping to put the order in. Look carefully at their measurements for clothing and shoes, going over the reviews for the product which helps getting the right size. I would suggest the same thing for other products. I personally made a mistake by buying one of their tops too big not realising that the material will be stretchy enough to buy the exact size. It wasn't worth returning because it was about £11 and the postage costs would have been too high. They have a simple policy: you have a faulty item, show them a photo of the fault and you will be refunded; you don't like your item for some reason you can return it but on your expense.
One has to understand that returns are not as easy as you would do it in your own country and they cost, so honestly that is a pretty fair policy of returns in this case. They still have a long way to go, but from what I have gathered they are trying and for that I cannot be too harsh. Perhaps some of their products are a bit too expensive for what they are, quality-wise and workmanship (like for example a fancy leather shoe) but it seems that we are attracted by novelty and therefore if we want it we pay for it.
Shipping lasts longer if you do not go for a better option shipping for which I normally pay about £2 more. The order comes in about a week, which is perfectly fine knowing that it comes from China. It also depends on you, what kind of experience you will have shopping with them, so read carefully all the details about the product and reviews and you will probably buy something you actually like.
I ordered clothing from this site and despite my better judgement when seeing the looooong ship times, i went ahead and ordered. I then started doing research on the company and customer reviews... ALL THE BAD REVIEWS AND FEED BACK IS TRUE... not only are wait times long, you will find out that all the clothing is "out of stock" and not sure when it will be back in. This is unsatisfactory and no way to run an online clothing store i used the chat function and cancelled my order... now i am waiting for my money back... chat was with someone is asia and communication was difficult... i cant stress enough how far you should run away from this company FRAUD

The order was placed on March 3rd and it finally arrived on 11th April. The staff of Newchic was always on the end of the email and constantly reassured me my cardigan would arrive. And it did. It was well worth the wait. The cardigan is gorgeous.
I ordered a pair of womens shoes on March 21st. Have not received it yet. I checked the status of the order and it showed that it was delivered. Ive yet to see it. My tracking number does not tell me what carrier they used. Ive checked with neighbors to make sure they did not receive it.

They didn't have in stock the items I ordered but they contacted the following day to let me know and they were very nice. They offered buying something else or a refund. The customer service was very nice and efficient.
Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
