Very bad customer service. The nail tool that I ordered it was broken they never wanted to replace or return me the money plus one more thing was damaged same thing they just didnt was to deal with it.
Placed 2 orders on 21st and 22nd of March, if i track the orders from the newchic site, i am told the item cant not be found. If i use the tracking company that customer services provided > t.17track.net> i am told =Has been transported to the airline. On the 28th March. I will never shop with newchic again!

They sent me an email a couple of weeks after ordering saying they could not supply my shoes. They have not refunded me yet but I will not order from them again

I made the order and within hours realized that much mistaken. It was urgent to return the money that I had already transferred to the store. I wrote to the chat and asked to cancel the order. The order was canceled and said they would return the money. The money was returned to me in 3 days. It's fast! And I am glad and grateful to the staff of the store! Thank you lovely, kind people! Having had a size problem with an item I ordered, this was resolved very quickly by a very helpful lady called Nicole. E-mails were answered right away and she organised a refund without me having to send the item back to China at my own expense. Very good customer service.
Avoid this company at all costs. Sizes are totally bizarre (child sizes for adults) and you MUST pay shipping to China for returns- with no guarantee of refund or replacement. Garment was shoddy- poor workmanship and would never sell in US. Stay away! This is the worst buying experience I ever had and gave the tiny jacket to a child and lost $70. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!

I ordered some items recieved the cheapest one within 2 weeks but after 2 months still have not recieved the more exspensive ones they keep telling me two more weeks then wait another 2 more weeks. This could go on forever. They promised if i did not receive my items in 20 business days they would refund but nothing yet...

I bought one of their waterproof Nian Jeep jackets... in XXL... I usually wear XL-XXL so even going down to XL is a comfortable and somewhat loose fit... I tried the jacket on immediately and it said XXL but was clearly EXTRA SMALL... I could barely put it on if it didn't stretch... I couldn't even move my arms it was so small, and the only reason I could zip it up is because the jacket stretches... otherwise it's so tight both ends of the jacket are at my armpits... I tried to get it returned but they refused and told me to make a youtube video or facebook post about it... that is NOT their return policy... stay away from Newchic, they do not honor their return policy and scammed me 62 dollars...

Ordered 2 pairs or Socofy shoes. 3 weeks later I am wearing them in New Zealand. Great communication regarding out of stock item which I decided to wait wait for. Delivery happened sooner than they estimated. Shoes fit like gloves. Really happy. Keep doing this great job!

Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration.
