I ordered an office chair cover, all the photos showed matching armrests but they are not actually included. When I contacted support asking if they were included or not they said it's not specified that include armrests covers, I politely ask if I could buy them separately and that there should be an "*armrest covers not included" but I was just told I should have read the description carefully and that the photos didn't matter.
I purchased boots which took a while to arrive. The service was outstanding, from promt response to full refund whether the package arrives or not!

All the clothes I ordered arrived in the wrong sizes not UK or US sizing. Returns were fobbed off with false web sites, huge rip off! Eventually returns were dealt with through paypal who did help but did not refund expensive return shipping to China.

Details under "My orders" shows arrival of package end of March. "My orders" also states items are on "back order." This was not clearly stated at time of purchase. Apparently "ships in 10 business days" means the item is on back order! As usual beware of language.
Also product is shipped from China, New Chic states returns accepted for which you need to provide a tracking number making the return cost prohibitive. Usually a lot more than the product.

I ordered 3 pair of men's undershorts from NewChic that looked really good on their website. I wear a US XL and checked their sizing chart before ordering. Their sizing chart said that a US XL is equivalent to their XXL, so that is the size I ordered. When the product arrived almost 3 weeks after placing the order, I opened one of the shorts to see my new shorts. I was totally shocked to see that the shorts were tiny. I laid them on top of one of my XL shorts and they were substantially smaller. I contacted NewChic and they refused to do anything even though they sent me their return and refund policy which provides for a return or refund within 14 days of receipt. This company does not stand behind their products. They told me they cannot take back the shorts due to "health concerns", even though 2 of the 3 shorts are still in their original packaging and I have not worn the 3rd pair. This company should be banned from doing business on the internet.

Bought three jackets that didnt fit and staff were happy to send out three new jackets in the larger size. Quick responses via live chat and email when I needed clarification on return of the goods!
The sandals I ordered are being advertised all over the web, yet they sent an email informing me they had no stock and it took them over 2 weeks to let me know! I have been waiting for the delivery as I bought them to take on my holiday. 2 weeks is way too long to inform me they don't have any in stock. I will never order from them again as they obviously hide a crap company behind their shiny adverts.

I have found New Chic a useful site as I'm small and their small sizes fit me. I have found some really unusual garments and the ones that are not a success are generally my fault for choosing them. Sometimes I've waited a couple of months but eventually everything has arrived
Rough fabrics and cheap dyes of the two products I ordered (my first order from them) were of the worst possible quality. In order to return them I would have to pay both my shipping cost TO CHINA! And any refund would be less their original shipping cost to me (unknown). And from their shipping statement it would seem that the actual cost of these items was extremely low, suggesting a typical Asian sweat shop (can't confirm this).

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
