I was recently mistakenly sent a product I didn't order and following an email the customer service contact got right back and despatched the correct order immediately. I've now bought 8 items from these guys and they're all top quality.
I recently purchased a backpack from them. Though I received it on time, in the sense of quality it was not what I had expected to be, so I contacted them through email and shared my concerns. They replied back the next day and offered me several options in order to resolve the issue. Since I was qualified for a refund, they didn't hesitate to refund me for the full price of the product; and the full refund was in my account within 3 days.
Their after sale customer service is amazing.
I had an issue with the size I ordered. I contacted customer service and they were quick to ship the correct size to me at no charge and without me having to send the original back.
I got updated on my delayed order through messenger after going to their Facebook page, nothing by email or on their dashboard, the excuse was that after ordering that item went "out of stock" so either wait 4 more days to restock (and my order is already 5 days late on shipping) or exchange or refund - and no way to do via site, I have to email or do it through Facebook Messenger, FULL ON SCAM. I'm not expecting to receive my order... lost those 56 USD dollars. Shame.
UPDATE: The method that the person who replied added, didn't even work. Instead, wasted half an hour getting the order cancelled "as last resort solution to not waiting another 3 weeks to get my order", a screenshot from the live chat script is attached.
"NOT OUR FAULT" was an answer given to me, let's hope the money now comes back within 72 hours. Which won't happen I'm sure.
I chatting with a rep on the website and went through a few things I wanted to order to see what the fabric content was, expecting a content blend for the items that were listed as "material: cotton". The rep, in broken English, explained that those item numbers were 100% rayon and therefore incorrectly advertised.? If you don't care about cotton or not cotton then there is no issue for you.

I've shopped here plenty of times and each time was a good experience. The products were perfect, and they always respond quickly. I had a problem with my recent order and the customer service was so quick and friendly. They offered to do a refund or a replacement, and followed through. The replacement was perfect and they were so nice! I loved the ring that came in and it was a perfect gift! She loved it!
Had an issue with the size. The customer service were really helpful and sorted everything out. Quite a change from other online stores. Thank you so much.

It's been a month since I ordered (July 4) a back pack and I just got off the customer service site and all they could say was wait 2 more weeks. If you order regular shipping they provide no way to track shipment according to Rebecca (probably not her real name). Very poor. I realized they were overseas but I order auto parts regularly from Japan and get shipping info and prompt delivery. So sad. Guess I can kiss my money goodbye. Never again. And neither should you.

A mix-up at the beginning wads quickly resolved by the customer service team who responded very quickly and the correct item arrived within a few days. I am very impressed by NewChic: quality products at great prices and very helpful and polite staff.
Had to contact customer service for something, got an immediate reply, and I found them very helpful and genuine. In fact I emailed them several times, and everytime, they replied within a few hours. I cannot count how many companies, totally ignore your contact to them. This is a BIG thing to me, and because I feel confident in their customer service, I would recommend this website. The cushion covers I bought were lovely! I also appreciated the tracking of my parcel, so I was able to know exactly where it was at all times.
I am writing this because of what I experienced something here thinking outside the box a company that had something nice leather jackets, with cheap prices and thought with the coupon thing I was getting almost half off. Well let me tell everyone"Buyer Beware" if you don't use Paypal you can forget about ever getting your money back or some of it. I say this that this company really stinks with their customer service and refund policy. When a company tells you oh you did order a 2xl jacket but they have in china 4xl which equals that well even with that saying it would not still fit. Then for me to send it back and get a refund it cost $36.00 on my side to ship it back when it cost them or me $9 dollars to have it ship from china to here and waiting 20 days. What a piece of scam artist these people are, I must say the least and if this company reads this oh well I win anyway you scabs because Paypal rules and protects its American ppl. Trash China stuff, sick of it's garbage crap we need USA products here and USA workers. GO Trump!

I have been ordering shoes from NEW CHIC since spring of this year 2018. My first order arrived but the shoes didnt fit. I immediately contacted NEW CHIC and explained the shoes didnt fit! I wasnt happy! Cornelia sent me a message to inform me how to properly measure my foot to coincide with their sizing. DO NOT ORDER BY YOUR AMERICAN SIZE. FOLLOW THEIR SIZING CHART. Better yet actually draw your feet outline on paper then measure length and width (at widest part of foot)
Always order through a PAY PAL account ( this is your insurance)
If you do have a problem let NEW CHIC know, immediately. Always treat their customer service representative with respect, no one wants to be treated badly. Remember they are there to help solve YOUR problem as efficiently and quickly as humanly possible.

I had no idea this was a Chinese company. Had I known I would have never purchased their shoes. I wear between size 8 and 8 1/2 shoes, so I ordered the larger shoe and thought I would wear heavy socks if they were too large. When they arrived the quality was OK, not great, but I couldn't begin to get my foot into the shoe. To return them I had to pay postage both ways, so it was more trouble than it would have been worth. I'm looking for a friend with small feet.

The wallet I ordered is exactly as described and pictured, and was considerably less in cost than similar items in other stores. My only issue is with the shipping. It took more than 20 days to arrive; however, the shipping was free, it has to come from China, and I am willing to accept the lengthy wait in exchange for the quality of the merchandise at a very low price.
I ordered two pairs of shoes in the first week of May 2018. After six weeks of waiting I started to contact them, however each time I made contact all I got was "wait a few more days". Then they insisted the parcel had been delivered and also asked me to check with my neighbours in case it had been dropped off there. I did my own research and again tracked the parcel on the Royal Mail website and noticed that it was said to have been at their South Midland mail centre for quite some time and not moved from there. I spoke to an assistant at the Royal Mail who confirmed the parcel had either been lost or stolen, but it still took me a while to convince NewChic. Why did they not contact the Royal Mail when I first made them aware of the long delay in the delivery of the parcel and later put in a claim for lost items in the post? I had to fight very hard to get my refund.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
