Typical of these clothing companies from China - you never get half the stuff you order and getting proper and full refunds is challenging at best. I was hoping NewChic was better than Banggood and Zullily... but no, it's just as bad as the rest of them. I placed an order and over 2 weeks later I get an email telling me that every single item on my order is out of stock. They charge you IN FULL as soon as you place the order, and then it takes weeks to get a refund. I still haven't seen the refund due me from NewChic, so I'm hoping I don't get ripped off.
It's been over a month since I ordered a shirt from this company. It shipped the day after I placed the order but it never came! They said that there is no tracking on it. Their Customer Service said they would investigate it and it would take another 3 weeks! I just want order cancelled and money back. How can your logistics department investigate where it went if there is no tracking on it?!?! They offered me 100 points as a courtesy (whatever that is) but I'm never ordering from them again.

I ordered two tops, the sizes were both way off, and the products are not quality material, plus I couldn't return them. I tried to contact them before they shipped, in fact, on the same day that I ordered them, and couldn't get the sizes changed out. Their customer service is bad and I couldn't reach anyone. I left emails, and attempted to chat with CS, and got no reply. Now, I have to ship them back to China, and that gets expensive. I will never order from them again, I'm not even sure I will get my refund.

I have purchased 3 items from NewChic and am most pleased with the appearance, cost and service. All 3 items were shoes and they are indeed GREAT!
I hope I can get the goods sooner. I think the price is reasonable, the design is unique, and the leather is soft, so I have ordered many times.
I ordered a top which was advertised as cotton, but which turned out to be polyester. Complained and was told i would have to send it back to China at my own expense!. In fact there was a uk address on the parcel, but all in all I am £7.45 out of pocket in postage fees for paying for the item and sending it back. Don't touch them.

Wondering if I've been scammed although good to hear that others like this company. If I had known the products were coming from overseas, I would have researched them more before placing my order. Ordered on July 21 and still not arrived as of August 20. Chat agent said they don't track shipments. WHAT? So all I can do is wait. Haven't yet checked my credit card. I assume I've paid for my blouse. I wont order from them again and will dispute the charge if it does not arrive in 2 weeks.

I have never Bern so shocked over an order. I knew the quality would be high but it was less than good, it wasn't decent, it was horrible. They send me two of the same of a few items which I actually didn't order. Since they have the worst customers service I couldn't return anything. I wrote letters and tried to call, finally I just sent the crap back to China. Just want to warn others. It is horrible!

I ordered a pair of shoes, but found when they arrived that I needed a larger size. I was quite sad as the shoes were brilliant, exactly the colour and quality I wanted at an amazing price. Delivery to Spain was also very very good. I should have checked the sizing guide before ordering, rather than rely on UK sizes being similar to sizes in China, so all my fault really. I emailed NewChic and got a reply immediately with an offer of another pair of the correct size but in a different colour (the original choice was out of stock and no replacement order date) all at their expense. The product was very good quality, delivery very quick, pricing amazing and the best bit was the quality and efficiency of Customer Service. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to other buyers. I will certainly be revisiting the site and ordering more products in the near future.
I bought a shoe and I am very satisfied with the material and quality. The color is beautiful and the size is perfect. The salesman, was very attentive and helpful.

I am getting the run around, no shipping company name, the tracking number they gave me is placed in the "Cannot be found" category. Have requested a refund they keep delaying it with excuses. I have been a customer for the past 9 months purchasing items from jewelries, shoes & clothing (mainly dresses, blouses, dungarees/jumpsuits, jeans).
It has been like a roller coaster for me as sometimes its been good and items arrive on time and other time its been dreadful waiting for the ordered items to be restocked as some do take ages.
When orders are placed it automatically tells you the items are available only when orders are processed then you receive an email that items are not available either waiting to be restocked or sold out and wont be replaced. Its time consuming you should be notified there and then if items are available so that you can either cancel the item or choose another one. Not after a few days when you being informed that you can have choices either you replace the item or wait for restock. Or in cases of item being sold out you then have to choose another or claim a refund.
Items dont normally arrive on time because of this problem.
I have to keep emailing them requesting on updates on orders. Sometimes its smooth sailing and items arrive as and when expected but there are other times where the waiting time is way too long.
Clothing material is ok, i prefer not to put them in the washing machine but rather do a hand wash as some materials fade a lot quicker
Shoes - sandals are ok its what you see in the pics but cannot say the same for the trainers. Colours are totally different from what it shows in the pics
The advisors respond to your queries asap and should be commended for their helpful advice.
I made a mistake in my purchase, I chose a larger number than I needed. The assistant who attended me was very kind and helped me change the dress.
Sizing is a bit of a problem here but the customer service is excellent. I have ordered quite a few things from NewChic and I've had to return a few. They have been most helpful with this. The Chinese sizing varies a great deal from American sizing. And I don't always trust the conversion they offer. Also, the shipping is very slow. BUT - it's always fun to shop because they have such a large selection of goodies.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
